Welcome to our traditional 1970s villa – the closest privately owned villa to Vilamoura Marina, offering the shortest possible walk to the beach, town, shops, and restaurants. Ideal for large families and groups of adults looking to relax or celebrate together.

🔒 Additional Notes
Pool use is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard, and the pool is not fenced unless requested in advance. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times.

The annexe is a self-contained unit attached to the villa. It has its own entrance and garden and is not part of the rental. It is used by the elderly owner, whom guests rarely see or hear from.

We welcome hen and stag parties.

We had an excellent stay at Villa Amarela. Everything was as listed and any issues we had was resolved extremely promptly.I was messaged a week ahead of time by the owner and she was helpful with any questions I had about the upcoming stay. The location was ideal for our group of 16 people and there were even a couple of beds to spare.Highly recommended

The villa was everything that we expected and can thoroughly recommend it for large family holidays. It is in a very good location, about a ten minute walk to the marina and fifteen minutes to the beach. The pool is excellent, a really good size for a villa. The complimentary taxi service to and from the airport was a pleasant surprise and the taxi service also provided transport to the golf courses. the provision of food and beers on arrival was also much appreciated. The only slight improvement that I could make is to move the dart board to a better position.Thanks Victoria for a superb holiday

Perfect stay

We had an excellent 4 days in Villa Amarela. Before the trip started, excellent comms were received from Victoria, with a really informative guide emailed to us with all you need to know about the villa and surroundings. The villa offered a grocery service for us upon our arrival, which was declined, but kindly we received a couple of crates of beer which 13 guys duly accepted! Amazing service.We were allowed to drop our bags a little early and the marina was an easy 10/15 min walk.The facilities of the villa were excellent when we arrived, especially the equipment, including footballs, table tennis, pool and darts. That certainly kept us occupied whilst we were there. There is even some board games and playstation's!The villa was clean and well set up. The rooms all spacious enough and comfy enough. For our group it was absolutely perfect and at the time, was a very good price.

Fabulous family villa in fab location

We are just back from a one week stay in Villa Amarela! Our welcome from Victor was friendly and welcoming! He showed us everything we needed and made us feel welcome. The villa is way bigger than I imagined. Our party of 13 had loads of space. The bedrooms are all a good size and we were all able to find space to relax if we needed to. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything we needed and it was a lovely touch to provide us some essentials and drinks on arrival so we didn’t feel that we needed to rush out and find a shop. We loved the large terrace area off the main living room and it had a large table where we could spend our evenings. The gardens are beautiful and the pool area was spacious with plenty of sun loungers. Our boys loved the pool table and it was great it was in the shade of the sun. The villa is really well located, only a 10-15 min walk to the marina. We often met Victor on our walk to the marina, and he was always checking in on us and how our stay was. All our party had a really relaxing time and we are already planning to book again for next year! Thanks Victoria and Victor!
