Prime location: Private 6 bedrooms 6 bathroom villa located in Old Village.
Close to bars and restaurants, and an easy 15 min walking distance to the marina and nightlife. Golf & Sailing packages available.
On the ground floor is the fully fitted kitchen with an open plan to the dining area with seat for 8 and the very spacious living room fully air conditioned and equipped with gas fireplace. Access to the covered terrace area with a table and seat for 5. There is also other dining table for 8 people and swimming pool whihc can be heated.
Kitchen: Freezer/Fridge, Hob, Ove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Electric Ketlle, Toaster, Juicer, Washing Machine, Iron/Ironning board.
Living room: LCD Smart TV, speedy Wifi, Cable TV, 2 x Settees, air conditioning, terrace
Dining room: dinning table for 8 people, reading nook.
On the first floor of the villa there is 4 en suite bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (king size) and en suite shower, air conditioning
Bedroom 2: Double Bed (king size) and en suite shower, air conditioning
Bedroom 3: Twin Beds (king size) and en suite shower, air conditioning, balcony

There is a dinning table with 10 chairs and the charcoal BBQ in the small garden. Please note Decking has been changed to paving and external lighting has been upgraded.
A playground is located 500m from the villa.

Villa Camilla

This house was impressive, very large and spacious. Fantastic to have the heated pool and this kids really enjoyed this aspect. Plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils. The area is lovely with minimarket only a short walk away. Main downside was the damp in the property, little ventilation so there was mould on the inside of the bedroom curtains. The bed linen was past its best in some rooms. 1 pool ball was missing and the darts were bent so reduced our entertainment options

60th Birthday 10 day stay

A great Villa to stay . 6 of us stayed at the Villa and all had a separate bedroom. The pool was excellent we had it heated which made a big difference. Very easy to access the Marina and only a 3 minute stroll to a couple of bars and local supermarket which was perfect. Easy to locate and communication with the owner was 1st class and very helpful . Made the stay even better . 5 ✴️
