Apartment Highlights
Trendy and modern two-bedroom, two bathroom recently remodeled apartment located in the heart of Campo dé Fiori! This apartment has been well-appointed to ensure an enjoyable holiday while in Rome. Complete with air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi as well as some of the original Roman characteristics like the arched, brick ceiling.

The apartment offers a large open space with a living room and kitchenette and boasts a Smart TV and sofa as well as a dining room table to accommodate up to four guests. The contemporary kitchenette has all you need to prepare a simple meal at home. The apartment also features some of the most common appliances including a Nespresso machine, toaster, washer and more so you can feel right at home.

The primary bedroom features a European queen memory foam mattress (170x190) while the secondary bedroom features an upgraded European double mattress (140x190). Both complete with linens, en-suite bathroom and storage.

The apartment has the essential basics for a comfortable stay including one shower towel and hand towel per guest as well as bed linens. Extra towels can be left in the apartment upon request and at an extra cost. An initial supply of toilet paper will also be left in the bathroom as well as hand dish-washing soap in the kitchen.

Guests are provided lots of useful information throughout the booking process, including an online household manual with restaurant recommendations, directions to the apartment and even a digital map for exploring Rome!

Payment and cancellation policies are stated in the website terms and conditions. Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00 by appointment and check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure. To schedule an appointment, please respond to our confirmation email at least 5 days prior to arrival. Any outstanding city tax not collected at the time of booking will be paid separately in cash (euros) at check-in. The city tax is 6,00€ per guest (aged 10&up) per night for up to 10 nights. The damage deposit is 200,00€ payable by credit card authorization. This apartment is smoke and pet free.

The best location and stay in Rome!

The best home away from home in Rome! Steps from amazing restaurants and practically in the middle of Campo de Fiori, yet still very quiet and peaceful. Location could not have been better, bathrooms were practically American sized, and truly felt like home. Will absolutely be staying again when we are back in Rome!

Perfect Location in Rome to Kickoff our Italian Summer Vacation

The property is in a great location in the heart of Rome. The property manager (Cory) was very helpful and prompt with communication and assistance throughout our stay. He made it very easy and welcoming for my family. I would recommend this property to any family looking for a convenient location for site seeing and dining, with all of the comforts of home!

Convenient apartment with fantastic location

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was in a perfect location to explore the city by foot and public transport. The hosts were professional and very helpful. Definitely try their recommended restaurants!

Superb location and quiet accommodations

This rental was ideal. We travelled with family (2 adult couples) and it was good for that. 2 in suite rooms and a common kitchen living area. Literally within steps of Campo di Fiori yet very quiet. Transportation, great food, supplies were within a minute's walk. Would recommend this for anyone looking at a place in Rome.

The apartment was spotless and everything was new! Very quiet and location can not be beat. Bed was very comfortable, shower was nice and hot. Will stay again.

Great Location, everything is within walking distance.

Our host met us on time, and provided us with an excellent orientation to the apartment and the neighborhood. The apartment is tucked away in a quiet, locked courtyard, steps from the action of Campo di Fiori. Excellent restaurants are just steps away!

We are two couples who were staying in Italy for the first time. We needed a last minute place to stay for a couple days and this place was perfect! Great location!

This was a wonderful apartment and the host is excellent to work with. Many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Check in and out process was very easy. AC units in each bedroom and living room were in excellent condition as was the washer and dryer. Overall a great stay in Rome!

Great apartment in Rome

Awesome location, really close to the Campo de Fiore. Easy walking distance from everything, apartment is spacious and clean. Two bathrooms are great for families with kids, and most important in this heat wave, there are air conditioners in all rooms. Cory is an excellent host and was helpful and flexible during our stay. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Wonderful apartment, great location

This two bedroom two bath apartment is great for two couples. Check In was easy. I has everything you needed. The best part is it is in one of the best parts of Rome and it’s easy to walk or taxi to all of Rome sites. I’ve already recommended this place to several people.

Perfect location!

My husband took his best friend and Godson (father/son) to Rome as a graduation gift and stayed at this wonderful property. The apartment was located near one of our favorite piazzas and a short walk to everything. Cory was fabulous and met them early so they could drop off their bags. We will definitely recommend this stay for family/friends in the future!

Spacious 2 Bed apartment in the heart of the city - perfect for a getaway with friends and family

The apartment was very clean, well furnished and provided the perfect setting for a holiday with my friends.The location is excellent - It’s situated right next to vibrant Campo de’ Fiori ( famous flower market) and is walking distance from all popular attractions. Cory was an amazing host - very organised, pleasant to communicate with and ever so helpful. I would happily book this apartment again on my next visit to Rome :)

Fantastic!

Cory is a great host. He thoroughly went through the entire condo, making sure we understood all of its features. The condo was perfect for us with two bedrooms each with its own bath and a very functional kitchen. The property is centrally located and easily accessible to nearby attractions. We will definitely stay there again!

We were very pleased with our stay at Cappellari 13. The apartment was very clean, quiet (overlooking a courtyard), and central, right near Campo de' Fiori. The apartment had everything we could need (including good air conditioning for the warm July days). Cory was an excellent host! He was great about communicating before the visit as well as throughout our stay. This made for an easy check-in, even when our flight was delayed, and he was prompt in answering any of our questions. We couldn't have had a nicer stay!!

Location! Location!

We loved staying in the apartment. It had everything we needed (washer and dryer, small kitchen, a/c) Gianluca was super helpful at the check in. Location was absolutely perfect! Half way between the Vatican and Colosseum. Steps away from Campo de Fiori (bakery, restaurants, street entertainment in evenings, grocery market). Quiet Piazza Farnese around the corner with great restaurants and organic market/smoothie bar. Walking distance to piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Thank you again for a lovely stay!

Amazing property and location

You cannot ask for a better Roman experience. The property is on a quiet street right next to an amazing piazza of restaurants/shops and located about a 30 min walk or less from everything you want to see in Rome. Our host Cory could not have been more helpful and was even there early for us as we arrived early. Cory's communication was amazing and he helped us before during and after our stay with helpful tips and locations. If you are going to stay in Rome the property is perfect. Our family loved it and we are already planning a return visit. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.,

Quiet Courtyard in Central Rome

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this comfortable and quiet apartment located in the quaint alleyways of central Rome very close to the thriving Campo de’ Fiori marketplace. The apartment is updated, maintained with great care, and located inside a shared courtyard that provides privacy and security. The bedrooms, beds, bathrooms/showers, and kitchen area are very comfortable and functional. The location was perfect for us as we were able to walk to locations in every direction and occasionally taxi to other sites around the city. Finally, Cory is an outstanding host who personally ensures you are comfortable with the area and responds very quickly should you have any questions or concerns.

At home in Rome

This VRBO is a lovely experience. It is on the Northwest corner of the Campo de Fiori, a truly lovely Piazza that has the best fresh air market every day that you can find in Rome, or at least we have. The VRBO is spacious, two lovely bedrooms with there own private bathrooms and the middle connecting them which involves a sitting area and kitchenette. The management could not have been more helpful, arranging a transfer from the airport directly to the place with immediate attendance there to take us through everything we needed to know. Highly recommend!!
