Casa Farina is located in a historic building in Rome. Very bright, quiet and equipped with every comfort.



The 70 sqm apartment consists of a very nice living room, Smart TV, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bathroom.

Air conditioning, washing machine, heating and free internet connections are available for our guests.

For your safety we provide a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, a smoke carbon monoxide detector and a gas sensor.

The apartment is located in a historic building on the 3 floor. There is an elevator.

We are located in the Historical Center, just 400 mt from Piazza Navona, Piazza Campo dei Fiori and 600 mt from the Pantheon. The apartment is located in a unique area of ​​Rome. The location is perfect in balancing the proximity to all the touristic wonders of the city and the authenticity of an area still inhabited by real Romans. You will find yourself one step away from the beauties of the historic center of Rome, from here you have various public transport that connect you with the rest of the city in just a few minutes.

Upon arrival, each guest over the age of 10 must pay 6 euros per night for the City Tax (only for the first 10 nights in case of long stays).

Good location, plenty of space, nice to have two actual bedrooms. Restaurant noise could be very loud late at night/early morning but with the windows closed it was manageable (only bothered one of the three of us).

Check in was great. Our host was able to let us drop our bags while the cleaners finished as we got in very early. She recommended a place to store our luggage on the day we left and arranged transportation for us. She did a great job. The location is very convenient for most of the sights you would want to see. The place was very clean. We did not use the kitchen so I can’t comment on it. The bathroom was acceptable. One of the rooms has a newer window and was quiet. The other room has a single pane window, the road noise was very loud. The mattresses were very firm. The pillows need to be replaced.

Home In Rome

Great 2 bedroom apartment in a perfect location. Everything we needed to get out and see Rome. Our property contact Marta was terrific not only with getting us settled in, but with all the details going into the trip, and our airport transfers to and from. Would definitely start here the next time we visit Rome.

The apartment was nice, clean and in a great location. I was there during a very hot period in Rome, 34 degrees Celsius and hotter. The apartment is advertised with air conditioning but this was only in the 2 bedrooms. There were fans for the other rooms but generally pretty hot. I really liked the location. Very easy to find coffee, restaurants, pizza, shopping and close to bus lines.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sauber, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten. Die Wohnungsübergabe verlief problemlos. In direkter Nähe gibt es Supermärkte, Cafés, eine sehr gute Bäckerei, Pizzeria, Restaurant und Spezialitätenshop.Die Wohnung ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing zu Fuß und auch sehr gute Busverbindungen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.Die Altstadtlage bedeutet natürlich auch, dass es nachts ziemlich laut ist.

L appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter a pied Rome et assez spacieux. Ascenseur pratique pour monter au 3eme étage; climatisation tres appréciable vu les chaleurs l été mais très bruyante.Isolation phonique a améliorer ; nous entendions beaucoup les bruits extérieurs de la chambre.
