The place was clean and in a great location, very convenient to most attractions, restaurants and gelato spots. The check-in process was great, excellent communication.
Check-in required meeting in person, which worked fine for us.The place is thee BEST location you could ask for.Beds, were fine, not overly comfy.Bathroom, kitchen, patio - all good.It is clean.Be prepared for a bunch of stairs (on 4th floor). We loved it, for a family of 5, would totally stay here again.
I was only there one night, but it was all very good! The shower curtain was not pristine, and that is the only reason I did not rate it five stars.Excellent location, so that is what you are paying for.
The host was very attentive and helpful and the location was central to all of our sightseeing needs. The home itself is likely as large as you can get inside of the city of Rome, plenty of room to move about and the second bathroom is always welcomed with a family.
We had an overall pleasant stay at this apartment. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance to major attractions, shops, and restaurants, which made getting around very convenient. The bedrooms were comfortable and provided a good place to rest after busy days exploring. One thing to note is that the area can be quite lively at night, so there is some noise. Additionally, the apartment doesn’t have a traditional living space for relaxing—there is a small table and bench in an interior room without windows, which may not suit guests looking for a cozy place to unwind. The building’s lobby is also used for trash storage, which was a bit unexpected upon arrival.Overall, this apartment could be a good fit for travelers who prioritize location and plan to spend most of their time out exploring the city.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear that you found the location convenient and the bedrooms comfortable. We always appreciate when guests take the time to highlight what worked well during their stay.
We would like to clarify a few points to ensure future guests have a clear understanding of the apartment. The apartment corresponds exactly to the pictures and description in the listing, so there should be no unexpected surprises upon arrival.
This apartment is located in the very heart of Rome, in one of the liveliest areas of the city. Choosing a place in such a central location means being immersed in the vibrant atmosphere that makes Rome so unique. As a result, some level of noise from the streets is normal and to be expected—this is part of the experience of staying in the city’s most active neighborhoods. Guests looking for a quiet retreat in the city center will naturally encounter this liveliness, which is a trade-off for being so close to major attractions, restaurants, and shops.
Regarding the living space, the apartment was designed to maximize functionality in a central location, providing comfortable bedrooms for rest after a busy day of exploring. While the bench may be smaller than a sofa in a traditional living room, the dining table is more than suitable for 6 guests as shown in the listing photos, and the apartment’s design reflects the realities of living in a historic and bustling city center.
We strive to provide clear and accurate information so that guests can make informed choices. Staying in the heart of Rome offers a unique opportunity to experience the city’s energy and culture, and we hope that future guests can enjoy both the convenience of the location and the comfort of the apartment.
Thank you again for your comments. We always value feedback, as it helps us continue to improve the experience for all our guests.
Easy communications. Very clean and comfortable. WiFi great. Right in the heart of Rome - we walked to Vatican City easily and lots of fun right outside the door.
Great location - only comment is the property is up multiple flights of stairs, so fair warning for those traveling with large suitcases. Nestled off a Main Street & amongst multiple shops restaurants! Walking distance to almost everything, loved our stay.
Great apartment for our family of five for a couple of nights in Rome. Super clean, lots of space, good kitchen and very good check in process with the managing company. Would definitely recommend!
We loved the location. Very convenient, walkable to most of the sites. Great neighborhood with the restaurants, good gelato place and a little supermarket right next door. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. We had everything necessary and felt like home.
Lovely location in the heart of Rome. Easy to navigate just about anywhere. Communication was great. The outdoor seating area was one of the things that sold us on this property and it was treat to have. Thanks for a great stay!
Absolutely perfect location for us with our three teens. There are a lot of stairs - for us this was not a problem, but something to be aware of if stairs are a problem for you. The bed situation was perfect as we had a total of four beds - two queen beds and two twin beds. We also enjoyed sitting on the patio. The only two negatives for me were 1) we were only given one set of keys, which was difficult when we didn’t all stay together and 2) the apartment was cold. We were told upon check in not to touch the thermostat or we would be fined. We were told if we needed the temperature adjusted to email and they adjust from a central location. When I emailed to ask for the temperature to be turned up, they told me to use the thermostat. Well I did not do so as there were signs in the apartment to absolutely not touch the thermostat or it can damage the system and we would be charged money for the damages, etc. However, all the positives for me about this apartment significantly outweighed the two negatives I stated above. They were great about communication, accommodated early check in, helped us arrange airport transfer, and we did really like the accommodations. I was overall very happy here and would recommend it.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. It was truly a pleasure meeting you and your family, and we are very happy to hear that you enjoyed the location, the bedroom setup, and the patio. We always appreciate when guests take the time to highlight what worked well during their stay, and we’re glad the apartment suited your needs for traveling with your teens.
Regarding the thermostat, we generally prefer not to have guests adjust it independently in order to avoid unnecessary interventions or potential system issues. During your stay, we received your inquiry and replied with an explanatory message, letting you know that you could try adjusting it to increase the temperature. We’re sorry that, in the end, you did not feel comfortable doing so due to the initial instructions—your caution is completely understandable, and we appreciate your thoughtfulness.
Thank you again for your kind words about our communication, early check-in flexibility, and assistance with your airport transfer. We are truly grateful for your feedback, as it helps us continue improving while also giving future guests a clear picture of what to expect.
We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you and your lovely family again in the future.
