The house is located in green, quiet and child-friendly surroundings, about 3 km from the supermarket. It is an excellent base for excursions to Koekelare (Houtland) and Diksmuide (Westhoek). A bakery-patisserie and a butcher's shop can be found within walking distance (centre of De Mokker).

The current owner wanted to preserve and revive the accommodation, which used to belong to her great-grandparents, by thoroughly renovating it. At the front of the house you have a beautiful view of the wide fields and you can enjoy a beautiful sunset in the evening when the weather is nice. Children can have fun in the beautiful front playground with large and small trampoline, a slide, a large sandpit and swings. Moreover, a baby cot is available for the smallest holidaymakers.

There is parking space for 3 cars.
There is a charging station at this accommodation, for use you must pay to the homeowner afterwards.
Bed linen, kitchen linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

A security deposit of EUR 200,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
