About 700 m to the beach in Juan-les-Pins and Antibes. 15-20 min walk to the old town of Antibes. Short walk to the center of Juan-les-Pins. Several bakeries and grocery stores in the immediate area. Private parking. Elevator. Walking distance to the train station in Juan-les-Pins with train connections to the airport in Nice and to other cities on the Riviera such as Cannes, Monaco and Italy.

Very nice accommodation and friendly people!

This is very nice accommodation, friendly people, very good space apartment between Antibs and Juan les Pins, with two beaches ( 6 and 10 minutes walk), silence and enjoyable atmosphere around.

A little paradice..

This is really a fantastic place to spend holiday.The local is nice ja big and silent..The garden is verry beautiful and clean.The pool is nice to swim.The local is big and the location is very well. Its short trip to walk for example to the Old City. We are recommending this place warmly. Thank so much of all.
