It is 67m2 + 23m2 terrace, 2 bedrooms with double/2 beds and a sleeping sofa in the living room. High standard for the apartment and interior. The location is at Juan Flore resort - between the centre of Juan les Pins and Golf Juan at the French Riviera - 20.minutes from Nice. The resort has approx. 450 apartments with swimming pool in the middle and private garage.
In addition to first class beach and nice swimming water, you will find nice restaurants and bars just 10 min walking to Juan les Pins. There is water skiing, sail boat rental, etc. The distance from Antibes, Cannes and Nice is short. You will also find the small charming villages Mougins, St.Paul and Eze nearby.

Fin leilighet beliggende i et pent leilighetskompleks med flotte hagearealer. Veldig bra svĂžmmebasseng. Perfekt beliggenhet med bare et par minutters gange til flotte badestrender. Enkelt Ă„ bo her uten bil pga gode kollektivmuligheter som buss og tog. Ca 15 minutters gange inn til Juan le Pin sentrum.

Fin lejlighed med dejlig tÊt beliggenhed pÄ stranden, men der er mere end 50 meter, da det er fugleflugt der er oplyst i beskrivelsen.Vi har tidligere lejet lejligheden, hvor vi var meget tilfreds med kvaliteten, men den er desvÊrre i dag ikke i samme gode stand.Der var hverken toiletpapir, affaldsposer, hÄndsÊbe, opvaskemaskine- eller vaskemaskinepulver, og vaskemaskinen var defekt sÄ der kom vand ud pÄ gulvet.Tidligere var der ogsÄ efterladt lidt vandflasker fra sidste udlejer, hvilket er en god gestus til den nÊste udlejer.Vi efterlod dog lejligheden med alle de materialer som der manglede ovenfor, sÄ nÊste udlejer ikke fÄr samme kedelige start.Mange af glassene trÊnger ogsÄ til at blive skiftet ud, da de er meget slidte efter at have vÊret i opvaskemaskinen.Sofaen var fyldet med en masse krummer og var tydeligvis ikke rengjort hvilket ogsÄ var tilfÊldet med hynderne pÄ altanen, der var fyldt med sand.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist groß genug fĂŒr 4 Personen, sehr gut ausgestattet, in einer gut gepflegten Anlage mit Schmimmbad und wenige Meter vom Meer. Dazu ausgestattet mit einem privaten Parkplatz. was braucht man mehr an der Cote? Insbesondere die Terrasse mit 2 Seiten hatte trotz Hitze immer eine frische Brise. Klimaanlage in Schlafzimmern erlaubt eine angenehme Nacht. Einziger Wehmutstropfen 
 die knatternden MotorrĂ€der an der Straße - aber das ist halt Frankreich. Die Bahnlinie stört akustisch nicht. Komme gerne wieder.

Bon séjour malgré beaucoup de pluie.concernant l'appartement ,sur le descriptif est indiqué micro onde , nous n'avons pas trouvé ce micro onde , ustensiles de cuisine que 4 cuillÚres à café,pas d'essoreuse à salade.il serait nécessaire de faire une révision complÚte . la télé était en panne don c pas de télé pendant une semaine

Bel appartement mais beaucoup de choses Ă  revoir

L’appartement est beau et bien placĂ©. Cependant le fait qu’il n’y ait pas d’accueil Ă  l’arrivĂ©e et au dĂ©part est trĂšs dĂ©rangeant. Il faut aller chercher les clĂ©s Ă  l’agence qui explique vite fait oĂč il faut aller. J’ai mis 15 min pour trouver l’appartement. En arrivant j’ai trouvĂ© une terrasse trĂšs sale et les chaises et les transats empilĂ©s sur la table (tous les Ă©lĂ©ments Ă©taient sales). Les rails des fenĂȘtres, le sol derriĂšre les meubles et les radiateurs n’en parlons pas. On a pris deux heures pour nettoyer. La salle de bains et les placards et la machine Ă  laver Ă©taient trĂšs sales aussi. Et on a repris encore du temps pour nettoyer. La couette Ă©tait trĂšs tachĂ©e. Il manque un sĂšche-cheveux. La plaque de cuisson est compliquĂ© pour des personnes ĂągĂ©es. On n’a pas rĂ©ussi Ă  faire marcher la tĂ©lĂ© (elle n’est disponible qu’en langue norvĂ©gienne) et on n’a pas reçu d’assistance. On a quand mĂȘme reçu 50 euros de dĂ©dommagement mais je conseille de revoir les Ă©lĂ©ments ci-dessus.

Retour Ă  Juan Flore avec bonheurs

Bon accueil avec Kristell, petits problÚmes avec la télévision maiscla propriétaire a aidé tout de suite tres bel appartement, convivial, , une seule surprise fut que la vue de la mer annoncée est presque inexistante du balcon seulement d'ailleurs, une autre reserve concerne la plaque chauffante difficile a utiliser et le guide est dans une langue étrangÚre. Merci Trond pour m'avoir offert cette possibilité de me retrouver avec bonheur sur la cÎte. Y retournerait sans hésitation !

Great apartment and location

Fantastic location for exploring the area. Easy to walk to bars and restaurants, beautiful beach a few mins walk from the apartment. Check in and out was very easy. We would definitely book again!

Schöne Wohnung direkt am Meer

Sehr schöne Wohnung nur 5 Minuten vom Meer weg. Check in hat gut funktioniert. Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles vorhanden was man braucht. Schöner Balkon/Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. In Laufweite eine super BĂ€ckerei und Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Parkplatz direkt in der Wohnanlage. Zentral gelegen fĂŒr AusflĂŒge nach Nizza, Cannes, Antibes. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Appartement in Antibes

Das Appartement liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Auch diverse Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein BĂ€cker mit tollen frischen Baguettes ist nur 5-7 Minuten entfernt. Die ausgedehnte Appartementanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet mit einem Pool in der Mitte. Wichtig: Das Auto steht sicher auf dem abgeschlossenen Parkplatz. Das Appartement hatte wirklich alles was man braucht. Vielleicht ist hier und da ein wenig Renovierung angebracht. Der Kontakt mit Vermieter und Hausmeisterservice ist wirklich schnell und kompetent. Alles in allem: sehr zu empfehlen!

Juan Flore - excellent location

The apartment is in an excellent domain, well placed for the beach, shops, restaurants and the train. The domain is well cared for and appears to be very secure which is an important asset in this part of the world. The apartment is reasonably well equipped ( although British visitors may regret the absence of a toaster and microwave!). However, in some respects it needs a bit more care. For example, one of the two external armchairs shown in the photos is broken and accessing the wifi proved to be a bit of a challenge owing to inadequate instructions. The arrival/reception arrangements are poor, as they rely on the cleaning agency and the response of the previous tenants to instructions from the owner. In our case, this left us without the required access keys and we had to be “rescued “ by Julie, a very helpful lady from that agency. These things are irritating, but did not spoil an enjoyable holiday.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ideal ,unweit des Strandes.Auch Supermarkt und Restaurants sind fußlĂ€ufig gut zu erreichen.Die Übergabe des SchlĂŒssels bei Ankunft hĂ€tte besser organisiert werden mĂŒssen.Wir mussten 2,5 Stunden vor der Agentur warten,obwohl wir dem Vermieter unsere genaue Ankunftszeit sendeten.Das ist ĂŒberaus Ă€rgerlich nach so langer Anreise.

TrÚs cosy et super bien placé

Bon séjour dans cet appartement trÚs sympa dont l'emplacement permet de tout faire à pieds. La grande piscine est trÚs sympa entourée d'une belle végétation. Il manque cependant certaines choses dans l'appartement mais rien de trÚs important (grille pain, micro-onde, balai, 1 seule télécommande pour la climatisation des 2 chambres, bassine, TV en français). Nous reviendrons !

Cet appartement aurait pu ĂȘtre agrĂ©able. Malheureusement sa description ne correspond pas Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©. Il n'y a pas 2 salles de bain mais une seule. A cause d'une maintenance inexistante, la tĂ©lĂ©vision et internet ne fonctionne plus. Dans ce cas un document explicant le fonctionnement de l'appartement aurait Ă©tĂ© indispensable. Le contact que donne le propriĂ©taire pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s ne s'occupe que du mĂ©nage. Check in inexistant. TrĂšs mauvaise expĂ©rience pour nous. Alain Sekel.

Ein Zuhause in Juan les Pins

Wir haben die Pfingstwoche in dem Apartment verbracht und uns von der ersten Minute an wie zuhause gefĂŒhlt. Die Anreise war unkompliziert, die Kommunikation mit dem Office problemlos. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, schön angelegt und blitzsauber. Sehr angenehm war die Nutzung des großen Pools nach einem Tag am Meer. Vom der Anlage ist man in 2 min am Strand von Juan les Pins. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass vor allem am Wochenende viele Autos und Motorroller zu hören sind. Sehr schön in der Wohnung ist der große Balkon und die sehr gut ausgestattete KĂŒche. Alles ist rundum zu empfehlen.
