Shortcomings of rented apartment

stayed for approximately 2weeks with family. Location very good according to announcement "6-7sleep", but only 2 double-beds were of acceptable quality. The bunk-bed was very uncomfortable The outdoor place was attractive, but the floor was rather dirty

Dear Anita, you rented for six people including a baby. You actually used the THREE double beds and two bunk beds in the junior suite.(We found sand in all of them, and I gave you a round trip for extra sheets (6+2 people, in fact!) The floor of the garden terrace is exposed to the wind, so we clean it before arrival. There is no cleaning service for this enclosed garden in your presence.

Très bon accueil. Appartement très bien situé. Hélas non conforme à l'annonce : absence du bain à remous. Vaisselle très sale à nettoyer avant usage, fenêtres sales, présence de nombreuses toiles d'araignées et de ces occupants et jardinet également à nettoyer complètement avant usage. Très très grande déception.

Quelle surprise...Un avis tardif, totalement discordant. Nous avons notre échange sympathique sur WhatsApp. NB Il n'y a jamais eu de bain à remous. Pour le jardin, vous étiez aussi compréhensif, suite à la sécheresse et aux restrictions d'eau subies... Madame proposait de donner des seaux d'eau à un arbuste sec qu'elle espérait sauver...

Un piacevole soggiorno!

L'appartamento disponeva di tutti i comfort e i servizi elencati nell'annuncio, anche piu di quello che ci aspettavamo. È un posto ideale per un gruppo di 8 amici. La posizione vicina al centro della città e al supermercato permetteva di muoversi comodamente a piedi. La proprietaria Claudine è sempre stata cordiale e disponibile per ogni evenienza. Abbiamo passato un bellissima vacanza!

Hygiène désastreuse

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines avec 3 enfants dans ce logement qui paraît idyllique sur les photos et dont l’emplacement dans Juan les Pins est parfait. La réalité était malheureusement différente : un logement à la limite d’être insalubre, où nous avons dû nettoyer à notre arrivée, les toilettes, les salles de bains, les serviettes de bain, et retirer de très épaisses toiles d’araignées dans les chambres, qui s’étaient accumulées durant des mois. Les couvertures des lits ne sont jamais nettoyées. Et je ne parle pas de l’état général du sol, des salles de bain délabrées, de l’état des fenêtres, et des équipements d’une très faible qualité compte tenu du standing du logement et de l’immeuble… Cette situation inacceptable ne dérange pas du tout la gérante, qui ne se déplace pas (le système de coffre-fort à clés permet à la gérante de fuir ses responsabilités, vous ne voyez personne durant le séjour ! Trop facile !). Extrêmement déçus, compte tenu du prix du logement très élevé, de nous retrouver dans un pareil taudis. A fuir, il n’y a malheureusement pas d’autres mots…

Mauvaise foi de locataires dont les SMS témoignent de contradictions et de chantage au remboursement. Bien entendu rayé de la liste des locataires acceptables.

cet appartement pourrait être parfait si : - le ménage était régulièrement fait à fond - il y avait moins de vaisselle , objet dans les placards - on ne gardait pas de la nourriture stockée depuis on ne sait combien de temps dans les placards et le réfrigérateur

Great location close to Juan les Pins train station

Claudine is a wonderful host. She waited patiently for us when our TGV train was delayed, and was very helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is very modern, and fully equipped with everything you may need. The apartment is located in a quiet part of Juan-les-Pins, which was great for us. There is a boulangerie right across the street, which we visited everyday. The beach and restaurants of J-l-P are easily within walking distance. I highly recommend this property, and hope to visit again.
