A well equipped 3 bedroom bungalow enjoying a quiet location in the lovely North Devon town of Braunton - with great access to the beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Putsborough. We have plenty of parking, an enclosed garden, open plan lounge diner, conservatory, plus kitchen, family bathroom and even a table tennis table in the garage. Double glazed and centrally heated plus an outside shower for when you come back from the beach. Dogs welcome.

The property was in a quiet residential location, the layout of the bungalow was good and it was nice and clean with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The bed linen was good quality and the towels luxurious. Rob the host was really good and informative. The icing on the cake was a parking pass to putsborough dog friendly beach which is a beautiful clean beach. I would definitely stop again.

Perfect for us

This holiday home was ideal for us and our dogs. Secure garden, excellent layout and very convenient for local amenities. Rob was very helpful with any queries we had. Definitely recommend this for a very relaxing holiday

The perfect Devon retreat

This property was everything we’d hoped for and more. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to Braunton and the surrounding beaches, as well as local amenities. The property itself was really clean and well presented, offering everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break. The owners also provided a parking permit for nearby Putsborough, which saved us a small fortune, as well as access to bikes, surfboards and a table tennis table. We have left today feeling fully refreshed after our stay and hope to return again soon for more adventures! The only minor point would be the check-in time of 5pm, however, this was far outweighed by all the positives. Thank you!

COSY AND COMFORTABLE

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt relaxed and very much at home throughout our 12 night stay. The location is perfect for walking into Braunton town centre and exploring magnificent scenery and beaches further afield. We rarely re-visit an area now(at my age I need to tick other unexplored UK areas off my bucket list!) but if ever we returned to North Devon, we would definitely wish to return to this cosy bungalow.

We include a carpark pass for Putsborough Sands for guests to use during their stay. We also have various wetsuits, body boards and bicycles for guest use in the garage, as well as a table tennis table.
