Located in a safe building just steps from Bourbon Street, this fully outfitted home offers authentic Nola decor, FREE PARKING, and a true local experience. THE SPACE
Welcome to your New Orleans home away from home! Our centrally located apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests with a pillow-top queen bed and a queen-size sofa bed. A portable cot is also available to accommodate a fifth person, for a maximum capacity of 5 guests.

This home is well-equipped with all the essentials needed for a fabulous stay! In the living room, you'll find a queen size sofa bed and flat screen SMART TV. The bedroom features a raised queen size pillow-top bed and another SMART TV. We provide complimentary high-speed wireless internet access (private to this apartment), Cable for both TVs, and a Bluetooth sound bar.

Our fully appointed kitchen includes a Keurig, water cooler, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, blender, and a toaster! There is a small dining nook with a pub-height table providing seating for three.

We have a full-size washer and dryer in the apartment as well as complimentary soap and dryer sheets. The bathroom, located through the bedroom, is fully stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer.

Just bring groceries and beverages; we've handled the rest!

GUEST ACCESS and AMENITIES
Enjoy the ultimate convenience of FREE PARKING in the public parking garage next door (please note there is a 1 vehicle limit and 7'-0" maximum entrance height). The garage is staffed 24/7 and well-lit but does not have an elevator; guests self-park on floor 3 or above. If you have mobility issues or several bags, please unload at the building entrance first.

You can relax at the patio table outside our sliding door, with a good book, coffee or a cool drink.

Our building is very safe with a locked main entry for your peace of mind. The 4th floor rooftop deck has a Boutique Pool (4 ft deep, not heated) with plenty of seating and a gas grille if you opt to cook while in town. And we have a workout room, located on the first level.

FULL DISCLOSURE: We share a wall with the nightclub next door. After all, you're in the heart of the Quarter! You will hear muffled bass and a DJ in the bedroom and living room until early morning, most notably on the weekends. We provide earplugs and a box fan for white noise. While you won't get "Hyatt quiet," you will experience true local living! Check out our reviews to see what guests say!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
You can't beat this location! Our guests love the convenience, often stopping back "home" during the day for a quick respite before heading back out to explore. We are within walking distance to world-renowned restaurants, parade routes, Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, the French Market, and just two blocks from the streetcar lines. We are also a short ride, or a scenic walk (most guests choose to walk for games), to the Smoothie King Center, Caesar's Superdome, and the Convention Center.

POLICIES - PLEASE REVIEW:
Our home and building is a strictly NON-SMOKING/NON-VAPING/NO PARTIES or GATHERINGS/NO PETS property. You may smoke or vape only on the 4th floor/rooftop area.

The person booking must be at least 25 years of age and staying the duration of the booking; we cannot accept 3rd-party rentals. We also have a strict capacity limit of 6 adults.

No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, elevators, etc.  We make every reasonable effort to assure that such appliances will be in good working order.  No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, snow, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of God or nature. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY SUGGESTED during Hurricane Season.

These policies are non-negotiable. By requesting to book, you confirm you understand and agree to honor them. Violators will be asked to leave immediately, without refund, and may result in an additional cleaning fee.

HEY! I am the co-host, my sister (Pam) is the owner. I live in the beautiful state of Wisconsin and take care of all things booking related. When Pam is not staying at the apartment, she calls Gulf Shores, AL her home. She knows ALL things NOLA!! We grew up on the West Bank (Gretna) and spent many years of our youth in New Orleans, including marching in Mardi Gras parades! While we are not on site during your stay, we ARE in touch and available 24/7 should something arise, say, at 4 AM.

Why they chose this property

Pam chose this property first because of the building's history, having grown up shopping in downtown New Orleans. Secondly because of it's location. The street car line is a short walk away and it takes you to EVERYTHING you could think of to do in NOLA! The apartment is smack dab in the middle of some of the best places to eat, and is in a safe and secure location, as well. Enclosed parking was important to us and those that visit. And as parking is EXTREMELY difficult anywhere, she chose a parking garage very close to the building that was the safest (well lit, 24/7 access, self-park, etc.). So if you're looking to be in NOLA and want access to all sites and sounds, this is a great choice! And if you have a car?? Even better :)
