L'immobile si trova in una posizione strategica per poter ammirare le numerose bellezze del sud Salento.In 12 minuti di auto sei a Santa Maria di Leuca, in 18 minuti raggiungi le bellissime spiagge e l'incantevole mare di Pescoluse (Maldive del Salento), in caso di vento puoi rifugiarti nelle piscine naturali di Marina Serre che si trovano solo a 7 minuti d'auto. Puoi visitare l'incantevole Otranto a 40 minuti di auto e così via.L'immobile si presenta come da foto, pulito ben tenuto e adeguatamente arredato. Il giardino è ben tenuto, comoda la possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina internamente. La comunicazione con il proprietario (Antonio) è stata sempre facile e rapida e si è sempre dimostrato disponibile alle nostre richieste. Abbiamo soggiornato con la mia famiglia e il nostro cagnolino. Per me un soggiorno ottimo!

Traumhafter Garten, sehr gute Lage, einfache Ausstattung

Das Puce Cottage hat einen traumhaften Garten mit schönen Liegen, dessen Bäume selbst bei großer Hitze angenehmen Schatten bieten! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Cottage ist geräumig und sehr sauber, hat aber nur eine einfache Ausstattung, welche den günstigen Preis adäquat widerspiegelt. Im großen Wohnbereich befindet sich die Küchenzeile, ein ausziehbarer Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen und ein Sofa für 3 Personen. Zwei weitere Stühle befinden sich in den Schlafzimmern. Es gibt ausreichend große Töpfe und Geschirr für bis zu 6 Personen. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und bieten viel Staufläche in Schränken und Kommoden. Zudem gibt es zwei Badezimmer mit jeweils einer Dusche und eine zentral positionierte Klimaanlage, ein wahrer Luxus! Über den kleinen Fernseher lassen sich neben dem italienischen Programm, zeitweise auch Deutsch- und Englisch-sprachige Sendungen per Satellit empfangen, Smart ist er jedoch nicht. Leider funktioniert das angepriesene WLAN auch nach Installation eines Repeaters nicht, sodass wir auf unsere Handy-Datenkontingent zurückgreifen mussten. Zudem fanden wir anstelle eines Whirlpools nur einen kleinen Wassertrog mit Gartenschlauch vor. Für uns vollkommen ausreichend, nur könnte die Beschreibung angepasst werden, um keine falschen Erwartungen zu wecken. Trotzdem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen diese Unterkunft jedem weiter, der keinen Wert auf WLAN, Smart-TV oder Whirlpool legt.

Molto comodo.

La casa ci è stata consegnata completa di ogni accessorio e pulitissima. Il proprietario (sig. Antonio) è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile. Ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per orientarsi all'arrivo oltre ad aver cura di ogni particolare durante il soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente questa location per la comodità e la calma del luogo in cui è possibile rilassarsi in giardino e consumare i pasti con tutta calma nel cortile antistante l'ingresso.

Ci è piaciuto tutto! Vi accoglierà una bellissima famiglia che vi farà sentire come a casa vostra! Antonio e la moglie sono due persone eccezionali, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra, portandoci anche frutta e verdura del proprio orto. La casa l abbiamo trovata pulitissima e ordinata, non manca niente, e con le giornate calde che ci sono state il condizionatore ha fatto comodo. Nota super positiva è il posto auto privato e chiuso con cancello. La zona è vicina a tutte le bellezze che offre la Puglia. Vacanza perfetta. Ritorneremo😉😉😉
