We welcome you in our renovated cottage in the countryside, comprising:
- Ground floor: large living room (TV + hifi) with fireplace, a fitted kitchen (oven, mini-oven, hob, microwave, 2 fridges, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle ....) open to living room, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 2 people, toilet, shower room, utility room with washing machine and dryer.
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with bed 2 people, 1 bedroom with 1 bed for 2 people and 1 of 1 person bed, a bathroom (bath and changing table, baby bath), a mezzanine with 1 click- bed for 2 people and 1 bed 1 person, WC.
It also depends on another small house with 1 bed 2 people, 2 beds 1 person and 1 sofa bed 1 person and a bathroom and toilet.
The exterior include an indoor heated swimming pool, a relaxation area with bar, pool and Jacuzzi, a terrace, a courtyard, courtyard with barbecue, lawn.
Last provision of garden furniture, sun beds, cot, 2 baby high chairs ...

From 500 to 1200 euros depending on the week (Saturday to Saturday 4:00 p.m. 10.00). Possible weekend rental according to the week bookings. (From 6:00 p.m. Friday to Sunday 18.00)

Could have been better

Good things: swimming pool and hot tub, spacious for 12 of us. The lake at Coco plage is lovely. Not so good: no responses to my messages before our stay therefore confusion over bed linen. The property is not clean. There is grime everywhere. Needs a deep clean. Very small cooking area. Grass needed cutting. Very limited activities in the area. Spent too much time in super u because there was not much else to do. Towns and villages are deserted, shops closed and markets consist of about five stalls.

Out in the country

Property was ideal for our family reunion of 7 adults and 3 children. Communication with property owner OK but we were unaware that bed linen and towels were not available or available to rent - somewhat disappointed with this (we had to ask what they provided). The wifi didn't work and was still not working when we left. Overall standard of property fine (could do with a little updating), there was no fire blanket, fire detector or guest book and limited local information. Swimming pool was more than adequate as was the jacuzzi .There were some country smells but we were staying in a rural settings. Coco Plague was ideal for walking swimming, cycling and beach area.

La maison est confortable et assez grande pour accomoder une grande famille. Il manque un peu d'ustensiles de cuisine mais la salle à manger est très spacieuse pour 12 ou 14 personnes. La literie est confortable et il y a des rangements, ce qui est appréciable. En plein hiver, le spa est un vrai plus, mais il faut passer par l'extérieur pour y accéder, ce qui peut être gênant avec de jeunes enfants. Le lieu est d'une grande tranquillité, et de belles balades sont à faire dans les environs.

Très bon gîte très bien équipé avec piscine jaccuzzi barbecue et billard.La pièce où se trouve le billard est très pratique. Il y a un grand bar où l'on peut passer la soirée et mettre la musique sans gêner ceux qui partent dormir plus tôt.La table intérieure est très grande pour accueillir tous les convives (15pers) et il y a beaucoup de chambres séparées (juste la petite maison qui a plusieurs lits dans la même pièce).Un volet était bloqué, rendant la pièce principale un peu sombre et la douche de la petite maison dysfonctionnait, laissant juste un filet d'eau au pommeau de douche.Nous avons passé un super week end, je recommande et pas d'inquiétude à avoir si le propriétaire ne répond pas aux mails, la réservation se passera bien !

L'hôte est disponible pour toute question. Le gite est très agréable d'autant plus s'il fait beau avec sa grande terrasse et bbq. Les équipement sont top (piscine, jacuzzi et coin billard) Bref nous avoir passé un très bon week-end !

Franchement l’emplacement est top !! Personne dans les environs !! La grillade est en face de la piscine c’est top pour surveiller les enfants!! La maison il a quelques trucs à changer comme le lave vaisselle qui ne fonctionnais pas malheureusement!! On l’as utilisé le dernier jour et ça ne marchait pas !! Le parquet qui quand même fait beaucoup de bruit . Mais dans l’ensemble notre famille a aimer cette maison . Nous allons sûrement y revenir .

A l'arrivée pas de chauffage, il faisait 16°. On a prévenu le propriétaire qui est venu le lendemain, et nous a laissé du bois pour faire une cheminée. La piscine aussi était froide à 24°, le jaccuzzi pas très propre. Nous avons oublié des affaires, laisser un message mais jamais de réponse. Le bâtiment en lui même est joli, mais le problème de chauffage nous a refroidi dans les 2 sens du terme

Super location, piscine et jacuzzi sympa + le billard ! Nous avons pu faire la fête sans être embêter par qui que ce soit. 2 frigo ! Cuisine bien équipée, literie très correcte personne ne s’est plaint de la literie sur 10 personnes, machine à lavée sèche linge. A améliorer : wifi très moyenne, aspirateur Ko, pas de produits ménagers pour rendre la maison dans le meilleur état de propreté possible. Nous avons été très satisfait de notre WE grâce à ce logement et c’est le principal !!! Je conseille fortement

dans l'ensemble bien, améliorer éclairage salle à manger, porte gauche coté jardin ne s'ouvre pas, donc on ne peut pas mettre de table à l'ombre. Nappe de la table usagée, je passais 45mn le matin pour passer l'aspirateur dans la piscine et nettoyer spa. et je n'ai pas vu de détecteur de fumée. Un pare douche serait bien dans le dortoir.

Calme agréable

Beau gîte, spacieux, agréable, piscine couverte et spa très bien, salle de jeux sympa. Il faudrait juste prévoir un frigo de plus car le nombre de frigo/congélateur pour 17 personnes est un peu juste en plein été. Sinon RAS nous avons passé un agréable weekend. Grande maison très claire. Piscine et jacuzzi TB. Par contre, prévoyez bien le matériel de base torchons, essuie mains, papier toilette.. et même du sel pour le lave vaisselle ! Pas de condiment non plus. Minifour qui serait à changer, le clique claque de la mezzanine HS (le reste de la literie est bien), et il faut bien chercher les casseroles qui fonctionnent sur l'induction mais sinon tout est ok! Et nous avons passé un chouette week end. La boulangerie du bourg est excellente.

Gîte au calme et bien adapté pour un groupe de 16 personnes. Nous avons passé un bon séjour entre amis et profité des installations annexes ( piscine, jaccuzi et billard). Quelques remarques : des travaux ou aménagements supplémentaires à prévoir dans certaines pièces, pas de connexion internet durant notre séjour (dommage pour notre soirée Karaoké !).

Super séjour au calme entre amis.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, vraiment adaptée à des groupes. Nous étions 16 et tout est adapte: couchages, vaisselle, table, chaises. La cuisine n'est pas des plus grandes mais très fonctionnelle. Très bonne communication avant l'accueil avec la possibilité d'arriver un peu plus tôt. La piscine couverte et le jacuzzi sont bien entretenus. Emplacement Idéal pour ne pas déranger le voisinage!
