The Gîte du Cormier is exceptional in its size, amenities, and setting. Enjoy this very large house with family or friends, featuring a spacious living room with a 140cm TV and a large kitchen-dining room, both opening onto a 40m² terrace through French doors. Choose your bedroom from six different styles. For games, the choice is yours: board games, foosball, ping-pong, or a beautiful 4150m² fishing pond (carp around 6kg, pike, and roach).
The gîte is located on the second part of a working farm, where there is a building opening onto the meadows, housing heifers and pregnant cows. Your closest neighbors are the cattle in winter... as soon as spring arrives, they move to the fields. From the gîte, you can set off on hiking and mountain biking trails. From the terrace and bedrooms, you have breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and the pond. Keep an eye out for wild ducks! Saint Aubin du Désert is 13 km from Saint Léonard des Bois and other activity hubs in the Alpes Mancelles region, such as Saint Cénéri-le-Gerei and Sillé-le-Guillaume. Activities include treetop adventure courses, hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, and swimming.

In summer, the water level may drop. Swimming is prohibited.

Please contact the owners a few days before your arrival to arrange your welcome. If you did not select the cleaning option when booking, the cleaning fee (€120) will be payable upon arrival (cash or check). The deposit will be refunded once the cottage is left clean.
