The open-concept design seamlessly combines living, dining, sleeping, and kitchen areas. You'll find a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a sofa, a flat-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for sharing meals.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and utensils, including an electric hob and a coffee machine, so you can easily prepare delicious meals.

The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Please note that the shower stall is compact due to the building's structural limitations, although it is very functional and comfortable.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Upscale Boavista is a largely residential district, home to cultural venues like the striking, contemporary Casa da Música, with eclectic performances, and the Fundação Serralves, a cutting-edge art museum and villa in lush wooded gardens. The area also has high-end shops, trendy cafes and unpretentious eateries serving Porto’s classic francesinha, a meat sandwich with melted cheese and tomato sauce.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
