I love that the condos are immediately at the beach, no crossing roads, literally walk right onto the beach. The common spaces are impeccably cleaned, and breakfast coffee on the patio looking out at the ocean. I’d book this place again

Everything was perfect! The hosts had really thought of everything, so there was nothing to worry about or anything inconvenient. The area is centrally located to a lot in the area and the condo is really right on a quiet beach. The beds, rooms, showers, and everything else were clean and plenty spacious.

This place is great! Very pretty and well-maintained grounds, the oceanfront deck was great with really nice bbq grill setup and lots of seating to enjoy meals. The beach is just perfect and we took daily morning and evening walks in the soft sand. Nightly sunsets on that beach are as good as it gets. The condo itself had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the cooler, ice packs and plush beach towels were particularly useful and appreciated. We had plenty of bathroom towels, beach towels, comfortable bed and bedding, and hand soap. Note no other toiletries (shampoo, conditioner) are provided. On-site laundry with quarters available at the office was great. Other folks there were friendly and it was a very relaxing and peaceful stay. The location worked great for us as we drove all around the island and it felt very central, and as a plus, close to the airport and all of the stores and things up there made a couple trips for gas and Costco quick and easy. I highly recommend Kīhei Sands condos and hope to return sometime!

Family trip

It was perfect for our group, great beach access from the condo. Beautiful court yard in the front with seating. Perfect size for four people, condo was extremely well equipped for groups.

We could not be happier with Kihei Sands Beachfront Condos (B5) Everything was so well laid out. They had everything you could want and need for your stay at the beach - from beach chairs and towels to a curling iron and hair dryer! The place was very clean and so comfortable. The beach is perfect, soft sand and no rocks/reef near swimming. We were in Maui at a very unfortunate time weather wise (rain and cold for almost our whole trip) we would have been devastated if we had been trapped in a hotel room. It was so great to have such a nice place, and at least we got to enjoy the beach/pool on the last couple days. Kihei is the best spot on the Island weather-wise. When everywhere else was still raining it was dry, and I guess that how it usually goes. It is also very central. We could easily drive up Lahaina or down to Wailea or across to Pa'ia. We can't wait to come again!

The beach is amazing and quiet. A little slice of paradise.

This was our 1st time staying in unit B5 and it did not disappoint . The unit was well maintained and had everything we needed for our family of 4. We love having lots of lounge chairs out by the beach to enjoy relaxing and reading while listening to the ocean and watching the sunset . From the quiet and beautiful sugar beach to the well maintained grounds it is one of our favourite places to vacation and it will certainly not be our last time here .

It has a quiet, family feel - the courtyard area often had families grilling, eating, just steps from the water front. The grounds are lovely and the view from the patio is breathtaking. We loved catching crabs and taking long walks on beautiful Sugar Beach. Extras like nightlights, ceiling fans, a/c in each room, beach towels, ice maker, condo sand toys, beach chairs, and floats, made our stay so enjoyable.

Beautiful condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I and our 2 teenagers stayed at unit B5 and it was perfect for our family. The condo was beautiful and afforded us separation from the girls with their bed and bath downstairs and our upstairs. The condo had air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout and updated baths and kitchen. There was also a laundry room which was nice to have. The condo was right on the beach, and there was a cooler and umbrella in the closet for beach use, also many communal pool floaties which many people used taking their young children to the pool.

Great location, intimate complex.

The whole stay was wonderful. As soon as he walked in the door, my 14-year-old son let out an audible gasp as he loved the unit and the view. The complex is a smaller development which is nice as it means you can get to know the other guests very easily in the lawn area or by the pool. free coffee is provided every morning and your only steps from the beach. Management was super responsive to any questions and the location is fantastic. this particular area of sugar beach is good for swimming and paddle boarding but not really a snorkeling location. I picked this spot as it is centrally located and makes going to Kapalua Bay or doing the road to Hana very accessible. The unit itself was very well stocked and has everything you could possibly need. There are lots of chairs, noodles, snorkels and goggles available for public use as you had to the beach. under our bed there was two additional beach chairs and an umbrella. it is a compact 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit but there is still plenty of room for four people. The upstairs bedroom is on a loft which is open to the downstairs. You might want to grab the "non-master" suite downstairs that has a door if you're going to be having sexy time ;) I rented paddle boards which you get for 24 hours which is more than enough time so if you make friends with somebody in the complex early on you can either split the cost with them or share the paddle boards with everybody. The parking lot is a little bit tight but manageable. A+
