La ubicación es buena porque se puede llegar al centro rápidamente a pie. El piso es moderno y la conexion a internet es rapida. El aparcamiento es deficiente si se llega en coche. El piso no es adecuado para 4 personas como se indica en el anuncio, debido a la falta de espacio (armario y cuarto de baño). Como el piso está situado directamente en la calle, todos los ruidos (gente que pasa, vehículos que pasan, colegio de enfrente) se perciben muy bien. También nos gustaría señalar que el consumo de electricidad no está incluido en el alquiler.

ALMOST Perfect
This was a lovely apartment that offered all the comforts of home in a great location. A short walk to everything. 5 minutes to groceries, 10 minute walk to the Balcon, 15 minute walk (at my senior speed) to the beach. The apartment itself: - clean and new - the bed was small but very comfortable and there was an ample storage, bedding and towels - bathroom was small but clean and new with storage in the vanity for your toiletries - the kitchen was perfect with new appliances and an adequate amount of dishes - living space was small but furniture is new. I am not sure that the sofa bed has ever been used. We didn’t use it and never opened it. Plenty of space for us. - owner and property manager were very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. Negatives: - No outdoor space and it would have been nice to be able to sit outside and have a place to dry clothes outdoors. - close to street and around the corner from the main bus stop so the street is almost like a parking lot with car doors slamming and motorbikes speeding nearby. We even had one person who liked to drive right by the front door on the sidewalk. Not a lot of noise late at night though so no trouble sleeping. There was an issue with a barking dog in the building but once we reported it, the owner addressed the problem right away. There is also a school across the street and it was lovely to hear the laughter from the school yard. - Because we were there longer and during the off season we got a lower rental rate but we had to pay electrical bill. Seemed high. The hot water heater seemed noisy and ran at the oddest times. (We neglected to report that though so it is not the fault of the owner or the property manager that this issue wasn’t addressed.) - the only reason I say the place was ALMOST perfect was because of the lack of outdoor space. But there are benches around the corner and the park with a fountain just around the corner. - one more comment on the Nerja area in general……I love that people can bring their dogs but not many people are picking up the dog poop! Watch where you walk at all times!
