The apartment was very nice and it felt that is was newly renovated. Good complex with many pools for the children. The walk up from the beach can be a bit warm

Very clean apartment, great size shower and nice patio garden. Perfect for two people.
Some champagne glasses would have been nice, for when we had a bottle of Cava!!

An excellent apartment for a family
An excellent apartment for a family. Very well appointed and comfortable. Location was excellent. Patio gets the sun all day. The agent, Maribel , was terrific. We had a small problem on arrival and she came to the property within 30 minutes and it was fixed immediately.

I have stayed at el capistrano village many of times,this is the first time staying in this apartment. It was clean and tidy, the bedroom were a good size. The smaller pool was close by and the bigger pool was only a 5 minute walk away. The garden was a good size. The host was quick in replying to messages and sending information on where apartment is located. We all enjoyed our walk down to nerja ,takes about 20 minute.

Our family (2adults 1 child) stayed in this apartment, and we’re very impressed from the moment we opened the front door. The apartment has recently been refurbished and is very modern inside, and was very spacious for the three of us. The apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen lounge area, and wc/shower complete with washing machine. Location of the apartment is great, 20-30 minute walk into centre Nerja and the apartment area has two large pool areas. We were very very impressed with the service from Spain Sun, as they made contact prior to our departure with various details and were in regular contact throughout our stay to ensure everything was in order. Would highly recommend this apartment sand we would certainly use Spain Sun again.
The property was advertised as having AC it only had it in the living area and was not sufficient,the bedrooms had very inadequate ceiling fans.it lacked basic equipment like a washing line or air dryer and even down to small things like a pizza cutter on the whole it was ok however the air conditioning and ceiling fans were very poor

We are sorry for your dissatisfaction with your stay. The property was checked before and after your stay, and the air conditioning and fans are working properly. These days have been hot, so we recommend closing the windows if you want the air conditioning to be effective. Regarding the clothesline, it was on the terrace, and the hairdryer was in the basket in the bathroom. There is indeed no pizza cutter, but if you had mentioned it during your stay we would have brought you one without any problem.

A gem in the heart of El Capistrano
A lot of the properties on the village are very dated inside and haven't been d /refurbished for a long time. This apartment couldn't be more different. It's modern, clean and has everything you need with a few extras.
It was spotlessly clean. No smelly fridge here!
The beds were comfortable, shower was great, kitchen had everything we needed. Washing machine and dishwasher very helpful.
The WiFi was a massive bonus, helped keep the kids amused in-between pool visits.
Great location on the village being close to both pools.
Patio area was lovely. Addition of comfy chairs and sunloungers was a nice touch.
Good bbq facilities. Although it hadn't been cleaned from the last tenants. We cleaned it.
Apartment is small, but has been designed to make the most of the space. For our family of four, it was perfect.
Air-conditioning in the bedrooms would have helped.

La location était exactement ce que nous attendions. Très fonctionnel, et grand avec un enfant. Nous avions tout ce qu’il nous fallait ! La résidence et les piscines sont au top. Et la localisation parfaite. Le bus passe juste à côté ce qui a été parfait pour aller à la plage. Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine car nous avons eu un gros coup de cœur.
