Lucky guests of La Maison des Patriotes, a charming heritage building built in 1814. La Maison des Patriotes, is centrally located and walking distance to all amenities and best attractions in Old Montreal. Seconds away from place Jacques-Cartier where all entertainment happens.

8 guests with possibility up to maximum 20 guests with extra fees. Starting from guest 9 up to 20, it will be 75$ per person per night.

We welcome you and your group to our home! Please always message us the final number of guests coming.If additional guests arrive, we reserve the right to charge an extra fee of 75$ per person per night. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain our home integrity.

NO LOUD NOISES after 10pm, NO SHOES inside the building at ALL TIME.No eating in the bedrooms as the crumbs will attract ants and bugs to the beds.
ANY DAMAGES to the furniture or decor, you will be responsible to cover the FULL AMOUNT to replace it or to fix it.
This is a SMOKE-FREE building. An extra 300$ cleaning fees will be charged for smoking inside the building.

Plenty of room and very comfortable, the property easily accommodated our party of seven with each of us enjoying our own bedroom! The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, and cookware. The large living area was great for hanging out, although there is so much to do in the area we were kept quite busy! Our host was super responsive and helpful.

Echoes of two centuries - from rustic stone walls to hand-hewn beams to patinaed wood floors - blended seamlessly with a full array of modern conveniences at this prime-location property. We stepped out the front door and were immediately immersed in the energy, fine dining, patisseries, and leisurely cafes of Rue St. Paul - and were just 10 minutes' walk from Notre-Dame Basilica and the Metro to explore even more of Montreal. Seven bedrooms combined with an enormous and welcoming Great Room to create the perfect blend of privacy and conviviality - making our college friends’ reunion a great success. Good owner/owner rep communication, and easy availability if we had any questions. Highly recommend!

This is a perfect place to stay for a long weekend in Montreal. Our host made himself available to assist with check-in, and helped us locate the property for easy check-in. We were a large group for a bachelorette party and had the absolute best time. Alaa was kind and very flexible with everyone’s arrival and departure times. There was plenty of room, and the location was great. Some quirks and rules due to it being an older building, but all in all a great place to stay.

Wonderful Property

The location was incredible and the property was fantastic. For a guys trip for a bunch of middle aged men, we couldn't have asked for anything better. I would highly recommend for any big group.
