Beautiful sunny penthouse in the center of Sitges with a private solarium terrace and spectacular views of the city and the sea.

It is located in an area known as Oasis, just as you enter Sitges; a quiet and peaceful place, frequented mostly by families who enjoy access to the community pool and all services and transport just a few metres away on foot during their stay. The beaches of Sitges are only a 5-minute walk straight ahead; a path that cannot be missed. The apartment is on the sixth floor with a lift. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all en suite. As soon as you enter, the warmth of the living room with its colourful paintings and the comfort of the furniture welcomes you into what will be your second home. At the back there is a lovely terrace with views of the city of Sitges. On this same floor we find a double room with its own bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Going up the spiral staircase we access the duplex floor where the rest of the rooms are: one double room with a double and single bed, another with a double bed and the third room with two single beds. All bathrooms are for private use and always with a shower. The main double bedroom has access to a spectacular rooftop terrace, very spacious and ideal for sunbathing and enjoying a dinner with friends and family. The sea can be seen on the horizon and the views of all of Sitges are 360º. Main features:- Maximum guests: 9

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50
- A securty deposit of 300€ will be required upon arrival and must be
- paid by credit card.

Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
