The colorful vibrant local market is a 15mins walk....
Then you have world renowed tourist attractions..DUNNS RIVER FALLS.. the climb up is excilarating..DOLPHIN COVE is a beautiful day out (get there early) if you have children its an experiance they will never forget..touching a dolphin..
MYSTIC MOUNTAIN Ther are cable cars which climb 700ft and offer the most spectcular views..
BLUE HOLE is a 15min drive for a unforgettable experience...

Why they chose this property
I was visiting Jamaica so often, I decided to puchase a holiday home. Ocho Rios is the place I chose , as I have a few friends of mine from London who have settled in this this lively, vibrant , town. What finally made me decide to purchase the one bedroom, I was sitting on the balcony early in the morning (before I purchased the unit) I looked to my right and there were the mountains,I looked to my left and I had the view of the sea....I thought what more can I want.and I have never looked back, after having the one bedroom for 5 years, I then went on to invest in the 2 bedroom apartment
What makes this property unique
Location...Location I just loved the thought that I didn't need to drive anywhere..its like having the beach as your back garden...restaurants, bars, clubs, banks, supermarkets, all are in walking distance..and major world attractions, are all but a 5 min drive away..yet when you enter the complex...all the busyness is left outside...
