Alpe d'Huez, cosy, south-facing apartment at the foot of the slopes

OUR APARTMENT IS COMPLETELY revamped: new kitchen, new bathroom, change the furniture ... for a cozy contemporary atmosphere.

Contemporary and cozy studio refurbished in June 2015 of 27 m2 for 5 people on the 1st floor. We changed the picture window to enhanced sound insulation of the apartment. It is south facing. It features:
 - Parking in basement
 - Installation of a closed area with 3 bunk beds fitted with duvets
 - A closed kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle ...
- A south facing bright living room furnished with a sofa BZ 160 * 200 with 2 tub chairs, flat screen TV 26 'with DVD player
 - A shower room with heated towel rail
 - A separate toilet
 - A 7m2 balcony with a garden
 - A closed ski locker on the ground floor.

Karen is a small luxury residence and you will be greeted by her guardian. The residence is secure code. She is at the top of the resort on the slopes.

L'Alpe d'Huez is nicknamed 'the island in the sun' as it enjoys exceptional sunshine 300 days a year.
Active summer and winter: 250 km of hiking trails and 250 km of ski runs!

Cannot fault this place, would definitely stay again. A few steps away from the main lifts area. Positioned just far enough away from the nightlife to be nice and quiet but only a short walk to the main pubs and bars. Listing is accurate, place is clean and check in/check out was super easy. 5* all round.

Perfect location

Located near the top of Cognet this small studio is close to the Signal and the DMC gondola to 2700m. It is an ideal location for any skiing holiday with grocery shopping less than 30 meters from the lobby and restaurants all around. The building is well maintained and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again next year.

The stay was pleasant, very close to the chairlifts. The center can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The added value is the parking space in the garage.

L’appartement est tout à fait conforme à sa description, soigné et très bien équipé. La localisation est idéale, l’accès aux pistes se fait en marchant quelques mètres. Appartement très bien situé, très joli et bien entretenu. Le seul point d amélioration : le matelas du BZ qui commence à être usé et manque d une couette pour un lit double et un oreiller (3 oreillers pour 4). Sinon tout était top

Je vais prévoir son remplacement. Par contre, je regrette que vous n'ayez pas regardé sous la banquette car il y a un rangement qui contient la couette 2 personnes et 2 oreillers... L'appartement est idéalement placé pour l'accès aux pistes et pour les cours de ski des enfants. Max a ete disponible pour la gestion des clés et tres arrangeant. Tout se fait à pied. Pas besoin de voiture.

Très bon séjours

L'appartement est idéalement situé. Bien équipé et agencé. Pour améliorer encore les choses, des porte manteaux dans le couloir permettraient de faire sécher les combinaisons en rentrant du ski et une connexion wifi ne serait pas du luxe car la 4G n'est pas dispo pour tous les opérateurs sur le secteur. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille!
