Location, location, location
We had a wonderful 4 nights here. Location was absolutely perfect. Apartment was a little dated but more than compensated for by the perfect spot. Weekey was great - very easy to deal with.
This apartment is in a great location in Rome and is walkable to just about everything. The apartment had everything we needed and check-in was seamless. The bathrooms are a bit dated and we did some troubleshooting on hot water and plumbing but when staying in the historical district of Rome this is expected. Great value for our family of 5.

Clean enough and close to many squares for both seemingly genuine Italian experience.
Good apt with pleasant Marte working with us. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Not high rent, which was great for us. Didn’t want the completely catered and over touristy (word?) experience. Very quiet at night while still convenient.

Perfect location and more
The apartment location could not be better. Very comfortable for a family of 4. The a/c worked beautifully during the hot days. Having a washer is a big plus. Very comfortable apartment. Emanuele checked us in and was wonderful answering all of our questions and making suggestions. Even texted him a question in the evening & he immediately responded. Highly recommend.

Ideal family apartment in the centre of Rome
This apartment was perfect for our first family visit to Rome. It is in a ttraditional building on a narrow cobbled street 2 minutes from the Camp de Fiori.. It is well-modernised, clean and comfortable and well equipped and the location is unbeatable. We could walk to most of the main tourist sites in about 20 minutes and there were countless restaurants and cafes to choose from . When you want to eat in the apartment, you can make use of the daily market in the Campo de Fiori as well as some very good local shops - butchers, cheese and dairy, delis and bakeries.
The booking and check-in procedure was very efficient and we also made use of the airport pick-up service, which made our arrival stress-free. Highly recommended..

Great location, very comfortable, great management!
Looks just like the pictures. Steps away from Campo di Fiori and Piazza Navona. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Everything you need is close at hand. The only thing of note to mention is the night time noise level. This is not to detract from the property at all. It's a great property. Just be aware that if you choose to stay in a location that is known for its vibrant night life, you are going to get everything that comes with it. We enjoyed being a part of the local scene. Also, can't say enough good things about the management company - always available to help with services and info! Can't wait to come back!

Calm away from the storm.
Our time at the Bollo apartment was excellent from beginning to end. We were met at the airport by Daniele who drove us to the apartment dircetly.
Massimo met us at the apartment and gave us some great information about the city and important details about the apartment.
The apartment itself is charming and perfectly situated to access all important sites of Rome by foot. Lots of grocery stores near by and the Campo Fiora offers a wealth of restaurants, fruits, vegatables and clothing stores.
After a long day of site seeing it was a relief to go back to the apartment and relax before our next adventure into the splendor of Rome.
We found the apartment quiet at night and the beds very comfortable.
Thanks to the WeeKey team for making our time in Rome memorable. We shall return!

Great location, great service and a great apartment for a family of 4.
The apartment was comfortable, roomy and bright, steps from Campo di Fiore and everything that area has to offer. The AC was a lifesaver because we stayed at the tail-end the the heat wave (100 degF for the first 4 days!) The rental company offered rides to and from the airport (additional cost) that worked out great for us. We needed to leave for the airport at 6am and our ride showed up right on time and got us there in plenty of time to check in and get through security.
The kitchen is well stocked with all the plates, cups, knives cutlery and other equipment you need to eat in. There were even some basic condiments (agrodolce, salt, pepper and, of course, olive oil) to round out the bread, meat and produce we'd get for lunch from the Campo. Overall a fantastic experience for my wife, my 2 boys (12 and16) and me.

Apartment not furnished as shown in photos. Seating areas are sparse.
Representative was rude and demanded SS# claiming it was required under Italy laws. He said I would be evicted if I didn't supply it. VRBO should take action and I will report VRBO and hold it responsible if there are any repercussions on my credit.
Other than the above, the apartment was satisfactory and clean The beds are comfortable.

Dear guest, the apartment was completely renewed and upgraded in January 2019. You have reserved in October 2018, that is why you see it different from the photos. Regarding the SSN, unfortunately the Italian law requires to write it on the invoice of each customer. I know it may be annoying, but it does not depend on us. Kind regards.

Great apartment in Campo Di Fiori
Spent three nights in the apartment with a family of four. Very roomy apartment which you would not think coming off a small street. All the amenities were in good order and the apartment was clean. The apartment has AC which was a huge benefit after a long day of walking in 33C heat. Made sleep very comfortable. Considering how close the apartment is to Campo di Fiori piazza, I found the noise to be minimal and did not bother us at all. The only reason I gave it a 4 star and not 5, is because the sofas in the living room are old and tired and should be changed. Olga was great when she received us especially considering how late we were and the difficulties we experienced with our cell phone. Thank you Olga.
ps: if you want to eat the best gnocchis in your life, the ones served by the Osteria di Fortunata on the street on the way to the apartment from the Campo di Fiori are to die for, a "must not miss".

there are better places
We weren't aware of the fact this company had changed their name. It use to be called
Feeling Rome. We had submitted a deposit to hold the apartment. Once there we were then told we needed to pay a security deposit as well. The pictures they show make the apartment look bright and airy. That is not the case, it is very dark cause you are close to other apartments all around. we found this place is a very tourist/university area, lots of people, and it can be noisy. Lots of the light bulbs were burnt out. My husband went looking for some and found 2 inches of dust on the box, but they didn't fit. You need to supply your own toilet paper, which we didn't have to do for any other apartments. There is mold in both bathrooms. Chairs were ripped, and there are stains on the tablecloth on the dining room table as well as stains on the sofa covers. Allergies for one person kicked in cause of their allergies to dust mites. The hand held shower was broken in the bathroom with the tub. there was still soap residue on the wooden board in that bathroom. the shower water was sporadic, one minute scalding and the next ice cold. you can't get wifi in the kitchen where the light is the best. I sat in the hallway cause I needed good ligthting. It would have been nice to have at least one English channel like we had at other properties. On top of the fridge there was lots of dust and dead bugs. You need to decide if this place is for you.

Response from VrboOwner on 17 Mar 2020
Hello Judy, we are sorry to read your disappointment and we respect your point of view but we need to specify certain things: terms and conditions are clearly shown on the website, we always request a refundable security deposit at the check in (which is also very common when you rent a flat for short let), that is also shown on the rental agreement we sent to confirm your booking.
The apartment is really central and of course it is in a tourist area, that is why most people rent it. It is located in a quiet street but, being near Campo de Fiori, it can be a little noisy on the weekends but it is the price to pay if you wish to stay close to the main touristic sites. Toilet paper is provided only at the beginning of the stay (one toilet paper per person), it is a self-catering apartment and not an hotel.
If something in the apartment is broken or needs to be replaced or there is any other issue, you can contact us, we are always ready to intervene and help. We always give our contact numbers to our guests and they can send us a message or call at any time. If you were not satisfied with the cleaning, you could have told us and we would have immediately sent someone to check and, if necessary, provide an extra cleaning. Again, we are sorry for your dissatisfaction but we absolutely don’t agree with the things you say. If you read the other reviews, you can see that many other guests have been really happy with the apartment and with our service.

Great apartment, spotty service
This apartment is adorable. It's sparsely but comfortable furnished and it has lovely wooden ceilings. It's a perfect location to visit Rome. It's on the second (American) floor of a residential building two seconds from the Campo, great coffee, small grocery store and all of the major sites of Rome. We walked everywhere. The apartment itself was spotless and well stocked. The heat worked. It was on a timer that I would have loved to have had control over as the evenings were freezing. But there was plenty of hot water in December. The rental has been recently renovated. It's serviced through a parent company called Weekey. On the good side, the car they arranged to pick us up was waiting for us and there was a rep at the apartment when we got there who explained everything. During our visit, we needed a replacement coffee pot and he came right by with it.
BUT...the INTERNET did not work. They leave you a phone which is a hot spot. It did not work at all. We called and asked and were told previous tenants had used all the allotted bandwidth and it would reset in two days. While that was a drag, it was worse that it never re-set and they stopped returning our calls to get it up and working. I'm talking about basic internet...trying to download e-mail, not video, movie streaming or photographs. We ended up buying a plan from our home phone provider which cost $280 for all of us for our stay.
More worrisome is that while the beds were comfortable, the BEDDING was not adequate nor clean. The double bed had a duvet insert which was moderately warm. The two twin beds had Ikea cotton comforters which were not warm. And they were each stained with blood. I don't think they were actually dirty, but it's not acceptable. These are beds that are set with the inserts between sheets and not contained in a buttoned duvet cover. It was completely disgusting. I had read some of the reviews for the apartment and had asked about extra blankets (before I even saw the stains) and I was told there was enough bedding provided. Period.
I highly recommend that you negotiate clean bedding and working internet before renting this apartment. It is really so fantastically located and it is truly well laid out for a family visit that I hope they are able to fix these issues.

Dear guest, we are happy you liked the apartment and the location. Regarding the Internet, there was a misunderstanding: the phone and Wi-Fi we provide have unlimited connection. As soon as you reported us the issue we contacted immediately the provider that told us it was fixed the day after. Since we did not hear back from you we assumed that everything was fine. We haven’t got any problem since. Regarding the bedding issues, we never received a message or phone call from you. We would have come right away to replace and/or bring extra blankets if you had advised. We have now solved all this issues, we hope to see you again soon. Regards
This property was not as shown in the pictures. It gave the impression of being unclean and creepy before we even entered. The building itself if not in good shape. I kept thinking “nobody cares for this place.” The company that operates the property had minimal communication with me before and during our stay. I have learned that is a sign that things nobody cares. They requested that I give them 30 minutes notice before my check in. I notified them 2 hours, 1.5 hours and 30 minutes prior to our arrival. I still had to wait in the ally with my kids for 30 minutes before they showed up. He apartment looked like it wasn’t cleaned for some time. The bathrooms both have mold all over them. There were bugs in one of the sinks. Linens were ripped and not in good condition. Lightbulbs were flickering about to burn out. We looked for a hotel because the whole place was gross but the entire city was sold out. Our first night was spent walking to hotels hoping that if we showed up in person they would take pity on us and find a room. No such luck. We ended up staying in the apartment giving our wonderful vacation in Italy an unpleasant ending. The only positives were that the person that checked us in really tried to make things right. He was kind and even insisted on carrying my bag up the steps when we arrived. He also replied to my message during the stay. Also, the air conditioner in the place is like none other in the entire country. We were consistently cool when in the apartment. I think this place would only be good for a group that has lower standards on cleanliness and property care.
Wound up being quite comfortable. En suite bathtub not nearly as clean as website photos. Shower drain in hallway bathroom drained very slowly. Very good location for restaurants, groceries, taxi stand - all within 5 minute walk. Felt secure staying here.
This was a nice apartment in a good location. Good for up to four people - would be crowded with six.
Minor issues:
1. The gas stove did not light - no spark. We bought a box of matches.
2. There was no documentation on the control of the heating.
3. There was no documentation on the Wi-Fi, but it was explained by the person who checked one of us in.
4. There was no documentation on how to use the micro-wave. Microwave controls are quite on a different (and standard or universal) pattern in the USA.

Velindrettet lejlighed. Vi havde problemer med strømforsyningen. Det blev dog afhjulpet efter en opringning.
Der var ikke var ikke varmt vand i det ene badeværelse og bruseren fungerede ikke, så vi måtte bruge det andet badeværelse til bad.

Nice apartment with some tech problems and marginal responsiveness from management
The apartment was nice and clean. We stayed 8 nightsd. Beds were comfortable and the location was excellent. When we tried to use the cloths washer the unit's power went out. The unit inside circuit breakers didn't get power back up. We called and Emanuele appeared within an hour and reset a master breaker located outside the unit and left. When we tried the washer again the unit power failed, and over and over. so we gave up on the washer. When we tried to use the provided hair dryer, again unit power failed.
We called Emanuele several time before finally getting a text saying he was at the doctor. We called and texted the problems several times after his Dr excuse, but received no response. We had to take laundry out for expensive cleaning, . My daughter, a member of my son's wedding party in Rome couldn't finish her hair and had to go to a salon for a wash and dry.
Finally, we requested a small refund to compensate for the promised but undelivered basic services. Weekly Rentals, our landlord, did not respond to this request.
Indeed, the apartment in nice and clean and conveniently located but the building common areas are in a rather poor state of maintenance. Peeling paint everywhere and a bit untidy. The electric problems? We might have had a hand, but I don't know how (our only plug ins were to charge our phones, my laptop and our electric tooth brushes, and given management's unwillingness to work with us to resolve, we have to leave the blame with them.

Response from VrboOwner on 17 Mar 2020
Hello
We are sorry for the electric issue, what happened was quite unusual, no guest reported any problem after you left.
This can happen when multiple appliances are used at the same time. In any case Emanuele was very responsive: he intervened promptly when you called him the first time and when he also assisted you several times by phone for each issue.
Sorry but we did not received any request of refund from you, in case you did we would have asked the owner of the apartment as usual.
