The third bedroom has two single beds measuring 0.90 m x 1.90 m. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the everyday kitchen utensils. The living-dining room is very spacious, and thanks to its large windows opening onto the spacious terrace and pool, it is flooded with natural light all day long. From the living room itself, you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the sea and the wind farm, as well as incredible sunsets.

It’s a space with ideal conditions for privacy and relaxation, where you can enjoy reading, the views, the tranquility, a barbecue, or the soothing sound of the pool water—since it’s an overflow pool, you can hear the water as it flows over the edge. The pool has a salt chlorinator, which means we don’t add chlorine; instead, the salt in the water automatically generates it. This way, the water isn’t harmful like chlorine is. The house has private parking.
