The living room is approximately 50 square meters and has a flat screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area. Internet access is possible via a paid WiFi connection. The large private courtyard with private pool, which is not visible, is equipped with a seating area and parasol. It has 2 bedrooms with a large closet. The spacious bathroom includes a shower and toilet. Via the inner courtyard you can reach the upper bedroom with a large bathroom (shower, bath and toilet separately) and you can also reach the partially covered sun terrace with sea views of the bay of the Costa Calma. Here you can eat comfortably and start the day relaxed or let it end.

Very easy process....the host was amazing and helped with every detail. I arranged a holidays taxi transfer to R2 Pajara Beach which was opposite and skipped over lol. The only confusion was the whirlpool...which I mistook as a jacuzzi but simply meant a nice bath...still great ...lovely location, great time. Will definitely stay again

Très belle maison

La maison est très belle, très propre, très grande, très agréable. Les salles de bains sont immenses. Une des salle de bain donne sur la piscine, c'est magnifique. La litterie est propre et en très bon état. C'est très agréable. Il y a de bons oreillers également.La personne qui nous a accueilli était très professionnelle.Le seul petit bémol est la vue sur mer. On ne l'a voit que d'un certain endroit sur la terrasse. La majorité de la vue donne sur une route et un énorme hôtel. Ce que l'on ne perçoit pas du tout sur l'annonce et que j'aurais aimé voir en amont. Les photos de l'annonce sont prises avec un angle qui ne rend pas vraiment compte de la réalité de la situation de la maison.La route est cependant assez calme. La mer est tout proche. On peut y aller à pieds facilement. Il y a plusieurs belles plages tout proche.

Etwas Teuer, aber gut

Wir hatten einen deutschen Ansprechpartner, der uns Spätabends freundlich in Empfang genommen hat. Die Unterkunft selbst lag genau gegenüber des Pájara Beach Hotels. Abgesehen von den laufenden Motoren der Busse - wohl zum Erhalt der Klimatisierung - wobei die Bisse im Februar dort nicht in Massen und eher selten standen, war auch die die Straße kein Problem. Den Meerblick hat man zu ca. 90 Grad.Im Erdgeschoss war der Pool, der leider nicht beheizt ist ist und aufgrund der Mauern auch nur wenig Sonne abbekommt - brr…Die im EG befindliche Wohnküche ist der HAMMER!! Die Küche hat alles was man braucht! Nespresso-Maschine, viel Geschirr, Seife, Müllbeutel Klopapier. Auf den beiden Couchen kann man auch mal einen schönen Chillday einlegen, wenn man nicht gerade auf den komfortablen Gartenliegen und -Möbel verweilen möchte.Die beiden Schöafzimmer haben wir im EG nicht benutzt. Fanden es aber sehr schade, dass es keine Türen gibt, auch nicht zwischen den Schlafzimmern selbst. Das Waschbecken in der Toilette EG lief nicht ab.Im OG befindet sich die sehr schöne und große Terrasse mit Klasse Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Direkt daran grenzt das Dritte Schlafzimmer. Dieses Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Toilette, Dusche, doppeltem Waschbecken und einer aEckbadewanne!Ältere oder geheimgeschränkte Menschen werden mit der Wendeltreppe eventuell stöhnen - zum Glück sind wir fit und jung :D Die Eckbadewanne muss aber von 2 Personen genutzt werden, da ansonsten auf

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Costa Calma

Die Wohnung überzeugt durch ihren Pool und die schöne Dachterrasse. Die Lage ist perfekt - nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Apartment ist modern, sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Besonders gut gefallen haben mir der große Pool und die Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick. Sehr zu empfehlen für einen entspannten Urlaub auf Fuerteventura. Bewertung: ★★★★★ (5/5 Sterne)

Keine Luxusvilla

Die Villa war insgesamt abgewohnt. Die Mikrowelle/Backofen-Kombi funktionierte nicht. Das Licht an der Wendeltreppe funktionierte nicht. Das Besteck und das dürftige Kochgeschirr war uralt und dementsprechend unappetitlich. Das Verwalterehepaar hingegen war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Vielen Dank für de Bemerkungen. Die Villa hat gerade einen Außenanstrich bekommen und auch die Dächer sind neue gemacht. Mikrowelle haben wir direkt ein Ersatz zu verfügung gestellt und auch die Lampe würde direkt repariert als Sie es uns gesagt haben. Wegen Besteck und Kochgeschirr haben Sie uns leider nichts gesagt. Wir haben diese Sachen auf Lager und hätten die sofort austauschen können. Wir schauen dieses aber sofort nach.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Ich war mit meiner Freundin 1 Woche in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Dieses Objekt verfügt über eine tolle Einrichtung. Der Wohnungsschnitt ist sehr interessant. Der Architekt hat sich ausgetobt 🙃 Die Lage ist top. Kurze Wege zu den Strandanschnitten und ins Zentrum. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Wohlfühlobjekt strandnah

Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was einen tollen Urlaub ausmacht. Jedoch sollte die Beschreibung enthalten, dass ein Durchgangszimmer vorhanden ist und zwei Dchlafzimmer keine Türen haben.

Kurz: Alles sehr gut. Organisatorisch hat alles gut geklappt, die Kommunikation mit der Agentur reibungslos, alle hilfsbereit und nett. Die Wohnung genauso wie auf den Bildern. ..gerne wieder. Wir haben auf der Terrasse das Feuerwerk der Hotels genossen. ;-)

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr zentral. Nur wenige Minuten zum Strand. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wenn was zu bemängeln ist, dem Architekten wurde bei der Planung zuviel freie Hand gegeben. Vieles ist sehr schön gestaltet, aber unpraktisch. So wäre zB ein Sichtschutzglas vom Pool zur Terrasse zu empfehlen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das einzige was ein bisschen störend war, sind die Busse, die mehrmals täglich das gegenüberliegende Hotel anfahren. Ansonsten toll toll toll!

Decent place but won't be coming back

Clean, spacy and well equipped kitchen. Nice terrasse, with side views to the sea. Front view is large hotel opposite the street. Pool is small but clean and not heated (18 deg in April) Located near beaches but in front of road that remains noisy throughout the night due to trucks and buses passing through - especially annoying for those sleeping in the master bedroom which faces the street and has no windows so needs front slider door open for fresh air. The hotel opposite has rather loud live music 2-3 times week until about 11 pm. Unfortunately fthere was a sewage problem in the ensuite bathroom of the master bedroom which create unnbearable smell. The local rental agency seemed aware of this issue (so probably not the first time). It was fixed after a few days but by that time we had moved the second room downstairs and didn't want to move all of our stuff back up. This was our 5th time on the island we usually rent somewhere else in Costa Calma which is is better and cheaper but this was not available this time

Heerlijke plek met alle comfort voor een fantastische vakantie

Wij komen al vele jaren op Fuerte, maar waren hier nog nooit geweest. De locatie is heel goed, de villa zondermeer comfortabel. Wij hadden naast veel zon ook een paar dagen wisselend bewolkt weer met af en toe regen, en dan ga je het comfort nog meer waarderen. Wij hebben toen heerlijk van de patio met zwembad en het terras boven gebruik gemaakt, omdat her gewoon geen strrandweer was. Wifi is prima, zelf koken (bijna) even goed als thuis. Wij wisselden uit eten en zelf koken dan ook graag af. Bed beneden was prima, boven hebben we niet beslapen. Enige minpuntje waren de bussen die met name ' s ochtends stationair staan te ronken voor het hotel aan de overkant. Voor ons is dat echter geen reden om niet terug te komen, dat gaan we wel zeker doen!

Wirklich eine super Ferienwohnung. Soweit alles da, was man braucht. Schade, fanden wir nur, dass das untere Schlafzimmer keine Tür hat und das es sehr warm wird, da man nicht richtig lüften kann. Aber wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Little piece of paradise.

Just returned from a weeks break, oh how we wish we were still there! The property is lovely, open, spacious and full of everything you need. The private terrace is full of sun from morning until evening, the enclosed pool from about midday for four hours. My only complaint was the pool was freezing cold, however, we made no effort to see if this could be corrected. Inside, the property was well equipped, with a good range for the kitchen, nice living area and bedroom(s). There were no English tv channels, but really, that’s not a worry for couples - I’m sure! The Villa is a stones throw away from the beaches, but, a fair walk into Costa Calma. We found we were entertained of an evening, if we had young children though this may have been difficult. Our booking was handled well, very few niggles that were sorted out promptly. Would certainly book again in a heartbeat.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Villa in bester Lage am Strand von Costa Calma. Schicker, nicht einsehbarer Pool im Innenhof, große Sonnenterrasse, Büro bei Fragen zu Fuß erreichbar- alle Mitarbeiter äußert kompetent, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder!

We had the most wonderful week in Costa Calma, couldn't fault a single thing. The property is marvellous: very quiet and private and yet in easy walking distance of the beaches, restaurants and the facilities of the town. Lovely to have a choice of private pool and public beach. The house is very well appointed and equipped, with some super design elements. We can't wait to come back!

Schöner sonniger Urlaub auf Fuerteventura

Wir sind eine fünfköpfige Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern. Die Villa entspricht genau den Bildern. Es war alles vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Villa ist sehr groß und geräumig. Die Dachterrasse ist super. Der Pool war sehr kalt, hielt uns aber nicht davon ab ins Wasser zu gehen. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichen in näher Umgebung. Wir empfehlen die Villa gerne weiter und kommen bestimmt auch noch mal zurück.
