Top locatie, heel rustig en stil. In doodlopende straat, toch dicht bij supermarkten. Op een half uur rijden veel te zien en te doen. Anderzijds...., s avonds schiet er een airco in gang voor het afgesloten privé gedeelte boven (van de eigenaars) terwijl er daar niemand is. En jezelf beneden geen airco hebt en in de warmte moet zitten 🤔 De woning is ook niet echt onderhouden. En slechte matrassen.

Fijn vakantiehuis in stille omgeving, waar we gewekt werden door de hop en de wielewaal. Enkele minpunten: we kozen voor dit huis, onder andere omdat het een bad heeft. Bij aankomst bleek echter dat we dit bad niet mochten gebruiken. Dat hadden we graag van tevoren geweten. Koken is onpraktisch door de lage schouw. De bedden waren ronduit slecht. Ook jammer dat de mensen, die ons namens de eigenaar welkom heetten hier weinig tijd voor namen en ons met nog vele vragen (werking TV, belangrijke telefoonnummers etc.) achterlieten. De Franstalige huisregels mogen ook wel vertaald worden naar in elk geval het Engels.

Het huis bevindt zich op een doodlopend pad en de inrit omhoog is steil maar goed te doen (wij hadden ook een aanhanger bij ons). Eigenaren zijn aardig. Huis is prima, keurig ingericht maar met onze 1.83m is het wel bukken in de keuken. Alles is aanwezig en de mogelijkheden om in de buurt alles te verkennen is ruim aanwezig. Zelfs op de fiets naar Argeles sur Mer is goed te doen. Wij vinden dit huis een aanrader. Oh, en het terrein is omheind, dus prima voor een hond (of klein kind).

Een prima huis met voldoende voorzieningen in een prachtige omgeving. Een stilte om het huis.. en een uitzicht.. prachtig. Wie van rust houdt... gaan ! En, de middellandse zee op net iets minder dan 20 min rijden. En op 20 min van Ceret, het kunstenaarsdorp uit de kubistische periode van Picasso e.v.a.. Dus zeker niet saai!

Het is dat we een goede navigatie hadden, zodat we het konden vinden. Het huis ligt in een doodlopend straatje waar het huisnummer niet aangegeven staat. De omgeving en het uitzicht zijn wel erg mooi. Er mag wel beter gepoetst worden, het huis was niet echt schoon, zelfs goor. Er is een inrit die redelijk stijl naar boven lopen, wat goed te doen is, maar helaas vielen er in de eerste week 2 grote cactusachtige planten half op de inrit. Ze zaten nog half vast dus we konden ze ook niet verwijderen. Dit gaf wel de nodige krassen op de auto iedere keer.

aankomst was goed geregeld, even contact gehad omtrent de tijd, mensen waren er ook op de afgesproken tijd en legden dingen uit zoals koelkast verwarming etc. Accommodatie was gezellig en ruim. Omgeving mooi uitzicht op de berg voor je met huisjes, waar je ook naar de top kan lopen 3 km. Verder ben je zo aan de middellandse zee en leuke plaatsen er omheen.

De aankomst was heel erg goed geregeld. Wij hadden gezegd dat we om 17.00 uur zouden arriveren , maar we waren een uurtje eerder gearriveerd. De eigenaren waren gelukkig ook wat eerder aanwezig en het was geen enkel probleem dat we eerder naar binnen konden. De accommodatie was precies zoals we verwachtten en alles was (naar Franse normen) schoon. Ook de omgeving is geweldig, alleen het uitzicht vanuit de tuin is al heel mooi. Verder ben je binnen 10 minuten in Spanje en ook het strand is met de auto ong. 15 minuten rijden. Fietsen is hier ook goed te doen, de fietspaden zijn gescheiden van het auto-verkeer en het is redelijk vlak.

De huisbeheerders waren keurig op tijd ter plaatse. Het huis ligt op een rustige plek in de heuvels met mooi uitzicht. Het huis is koel; het terras heeft een overkapping die schaduw geeft. De omgeving is zeer aantrekkelijk. We gingen op onze racefietsen de bergen op en ook naar zee, een relatief vlakke route.

Heerlijk huis in prachtige woonwijk. We werden prima ontvangen. Eigenaren spraken alleen Frans, maar waren erg aardig en behulpzaam. Huis was prima. Prachtig terras ervoor met uitzicht op de heuvels. Zee op een kwartiertje rijden afstand, grote supermarkt op 5 minuten rijden. Veel te doen in de omgeving op max. een uurtje rijden.
