Quiet street next to a busy quay area. First we received an amazing instructions for the check in and parking via email. House and parking was easy to find and. Everything was clean and the room had everything you might need for a weekend stay. Minibar was a nice touch, bed was comfy and the bath relaxing. We would not hesitate to recomend. Thank you!
Thank you Jenny for your warm welcome in your delightful property. The location was perfect for our days out, particularly the Birds of Poole harbour boat trip. Ideally located for lots of restaurants and cafes in Poole Quay but tucked away in a quiet and beautiful mews. We look forward to our next visit.
Super home from home stay and excellent location.
Hope to make it a longer trip next time.
Wonderful hosts and nothing too much trouble.
Hoping to return again soon.

The room & bathroom were really lovely & the bed was VERY comfy! Some sweet & kind thoughtful touches from the lovely host Jenny. Lots of pubs within easy walking distance (but this particular property is nice & quiet at night) & some good eateries but The St TrOpez Lounge (yes that’s how to spell it) & The Guildhall Tavern were exceptional.
Arrived on a ferry from France. Walking distance to our stay, but, we grabbed a cab. Easy to arrange. We stayed right down in the center of town. Two minute walk to the Quay. Options galore for harbour tours, restaurants and pubs. Rented a car first day thinking we might drive out and about. We just parked it the whole day and kept busy in Old Poole. If you’re planning on a multi day stay you can do well without a car until it is time to go. The host Jenny offered a wonderfully detailed information on how to get around and options of activities. Probably the most complete such book I have found in a similar facility. The unit was fresh and clean. The bed was fine. Claw foot tub was a throw back. I prefer to shower, but, you make do. It was a second floor unit. A little bit in the evenings, but, windows were in good working order and they cooled things down nicely for sleep. I would recommend this location to friend.
