Situated on a sunny hillside on the Wenner Sonnberg in the peaceful village of Piller, this detached holiday home has 4 bedrooms and can host up to 9 people. Ideal for families with kids, this detached pet-friendly villa is available for sole occupancy and privacy is guaranteed here. This place has a south facing balcony as well as a lovely terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy barbecue evenings.

Located in the countryside, there is natural lake quite near the property which is worth visiting. In winters, you can explore the Pitztal area, and there are ski buses available just 1 km away from the home. The town centre and the nearest restaurant both are just 200 m away from this vacation home.

You will find the interiors of this house quite tasteful, and it has been recently renovated. To beat the chill, there's an original wood-burning stove in the ground floor. Central heating is also available, and so is parking space.

Nog nooit zo'n vriendelijke gastvrouw meegemaakt als deze dat is de beste pluspunt. Het vakantiehuis zelf is ook geweldig, het huis heeft karakter. Alles was mooi schoon en is voorzien van alle basis gemakken. Persoonlijke pluspunt, geen wifi dus heerlijk terug in de tijd. De omgeving is goed, genoeg wandelroutes, activiteiten en voorzieningen in de buurt. Ik kan voor het Pitztal geen betere vakantie accommodatie aanbevelen.

Wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad, vriendelijk ontvangen en veel goede tips gekregen van de eigenaar. Goed restaurant en sportveld op wandelafstand. Het dorpsfeest was geweldig je voelde je hier direct thuis. Als het kan komen we zeker nog terug.

Guten Tag, Ich habe darauf hingewiesen, dass dies angemessen ist, insbesondere weil die Präsentation auf Ihrer Website einige schönere Fotos als die Realität gezeigt hat Die Küche, das Wohnzimmer und das Badezimmer, die Kamera am Immobilienmaklerstand erwarten wir. 9 Personen sind angegeben und das ist bei den geräumigen Schlafzimmern durchaus möglich, aber da hört es auch schon auf! Die Küche ist aufgrund der holzbefeuerten Zentralheizung, die sich auch in der kleinen Küche/Frühstücksraum befindet, sicherlich nicht kinderfreundlich. Hatte von Belvilla etwas anderes erwartet, da wir und unsere Gruppe von Freunden seit etwa 20 Jahren sehr gute Erfahrungen mit den Häusern gemacht haben von Ihnen in Österreich. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ebenso die weitere Betreuung des Hauses, steht aber gerne mit Ratschlägen zur Verfügung, oder aktualisieren Sie einige Fotos, Maße der Küche und des Wohnzimmers oder Textinformationen zur Kinderfreundlichkeit. Wir hatten mit 8 Erwachsenen und einem Baby einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in unserem Haus in Piller, der gut geklappt hat. Das Haus ist einfach, aber die freundliche Gastgeberin ist absolut großartig. Sie wollte ein paar Wäschen für uns machen und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wenn wir etwas verpassten, kam sie und reparierte es sofort. Naja, es gab überhaupt keine negativen Punkte, wir fanden unser Bett etwas hart, die Küche ist für uns 9 zum Essen klein und der Kühlschrank und die Gefriertruhe sind auch klein und unsere Söhne mochten das Abwaschen und Trocknen, aber nichts , nun, das war gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber das konnte natürlich nicht mit all den Vorteilen mithalten, geräumige Zimmer, schöne Aussicht, günstig, viel Platz rund um das Haus und was uns sehr gut gefallen hat, war ein Fußballplatz und ein Beachvolleyballfeld 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Für uns absolut toll. Außerdem ein schöner Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, Erlebnisbad, Lifte, das ist sehr schön Dann können Sie auch in die Area 47 gehen. Auch für ältere Jugendliche ist das Schwimmbad in Imst zu empfehlen. Das Wetter war auch sehr schön, warm und wenig Regen. Das Haus liegt auf 1400 Metern Höhe, so dass Ihnen die große Hitze nichts ausmacht. Fazit: Zögern Sie nicht und buchen Sie einen Urlaub in Piller.

Het was allemaal schoon maar de inrichting is wel heel oud. Misschien een update, dit kan eigenlijk niet meer anno 2022. Het is een 9 persoons huis, maar waar ze samen moeten eten ia een hele grote vraag. De gastvrouw is een heel lief vrouwtje, zij krijgt alle kredits.

Huis lag wel mooi, maar uit het huis geen mooi uitzicht.Erg basic en ongezellig/koud huis. Oostenrijk is altijd mooi, dorpje Piller en in Wenns is niets te beleven, Mpreis schreeuwend duur. Imst is wel leuker, maar dan moet je wel 25 km rijden.Daar heb je een Hofer en andere grotere en veel goedkopere supermarkten, leuk centrum en eindelijk een Konditorei.

Bei Ankunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen, wie wen wir Familie währen. Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht auf dem neusten Stand aber man hat alles was man für einen gemütlichen Urlaub braucht. Wer Luxus sucht ist hier falsch. Umgebung ist herrlich und man kann überall hin Wandern. Jeden 2ten oder 3ten Abend oder Tag zum fischteich gelaufen. Sehr liebe Gastgeber dort. Immer wieder gern 😍

Heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaars die ons daarna voorreden naar het huis en de nodige uitleg gaven; De accommodatie was prima geschikt voor onze drie honden en voor ons, de omgeving was mooi, veel wandelingen gemaakt in de buurt, we hebben alleen de auto gebruikt om te winkelen en om s'morgens verse broodjes te gaan halen bij de eigenaars.
