Sleeping up to 15 guests across six bedrooms, the property combines direct access to the High Fens with enough indoor comfort to make returning from the forests and ski slopes feel just as rewarding as the day itself.

During summer, afternoons drift naturally toward the private garden, terrace, and barbecue while children move between the play equipment and table football inside. Once the weather cools down, the sauna and relaxation area quickly become the centre of the evening after cycling or hiking nearby trails. The atmosphere feels practical and welcoming rather than overly styled, making it especially easy for families and groups to settle in quickly.

The Ovifat ski slopes can be reached within roughly 5 minutes and remain one of Belgium’s best winter sports areas for alpine skiing and sledding. High Fens-Eifel Nature Park lies around the same distance away and is especially worth exploring early in the morning when the boardwalk trails stay quiet across the moorlands. Reinhardstein Castle can be reached within approximately 11 minutes overlooking the Warche Valley, while Cascade du Bayehon sits nearby hidden inside a forest ravine and makes one of the region’s best hiking stops. Lake Robertville also lies around 8 minutes away for kayaking, swimming, and lakeside walks during warmer weather.
