This welcoming ground-floor and attic apartment in Beerheide is ideal for families and pet lovers, blending cozy comfort with seasonal outdoor perks. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped open kitchen featuring ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and filter coffee machine. The living/dining area includes a satellite TV, double sofa bed, dining table, stereo unit, and radio, creating a warm setting for evening relaxation. The main bedroom offers a bunk bed, and the attic—accessed by fairly steep stairs—hosts a playful children’s room with three single beds.

Central heating keeps the home cozy, while the bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Outdoors, enjoy the terrace and shared garden, complete with furniture, BBQ, parasol, and deckchairs. From May through September, guests can splash in the roofed shared swimming pool (7 × 4 m), perfect for sunny days. Parking is available on-site.

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Wir waren über Silvester da, weil wir dem Lärm der Stadt entfliehen wollten und hatten sowohl in der Unterkunft, als auch im Ort allgemein sehr viel Ruhe. Das Häuschen ist auf alt gemacht, jedoch wurden mittlerweile im Vergleich zu den Bildern online schon Erneuerungen getätigt. Auch sonst war alles vorhanden was man so brauchte. Der Eigentpmer war auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend, aber dennoch nicht aufdringlich. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Dieses Ferienhaus war genau das, was wir für einen gemütlichen Skiurlaub brauchten! Die Nähe zum Skigebiet Klingenthal machte es leicht, die Pisten zu erreichen, und die warme Atmosphäre des Hauses machte es so beruhigend, nach einem Skitag zurückzukehren

Matrassen waren door gelegen , op zolder stonden geen bedden maar lagen matrassen op de grond, echt schoon was het ook niet,in de schuiflades in de keuken vies,moesten steeds serviesgoed en bestek in het begin van te voren afwassen voor gebruik,en er waren muizen. Als je buiten nog wilde zitten ( savonds) waren er wespen en horsels.

Landschaftlich ist das Vogtland herrlich, aber das gebuchte Haus entsprach leider nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Die Einrichtung ist schon sehr alt (abgesehen von der Küche) und in Sachen Sauberkeit gibt es in unseren Augen eine Menge Luft nach oben. Der obere Schlafraum war nur über eine Dachbodentreppe erreichbar, für unsere beiden kleinen Jungs leider nicht zu bewältigen. Somit haben wir unsere Jungs dann im Schlafzimmer schlafen lassen und wir haben uns mit der alten Schlaf-Couch im Wohnraum begnügt. Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, warum man als Eigentümer eines so schön gelegenen Ferienhauses nicht ein bisschen Geld in die Hand nimmt und z.B. in ein neues Sofa im Wohnraum oder in eine neue WC-Bürste(!) investiert. Mit relativ geringen Mitteln könnte man das Haus enorm aufwerten. Punkten konnte das Haus mit dem tollen Außengelände und dem tollen Pool gerade der Pool hat für einiges entschädigt. Auch die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
