Nice home in Falkenstein

Enjoy your vacation in this former railroad caretaker's house on a disused line. Here you will find space for up to 6 people. The cottage is very quietly located on the edge of a forest.



The two separate bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed. In the living area there is another double bed.

In front of the pellet stove you can make yourself comfortable on cold days.



Falkenstein is a quiet climatic health resort, the surroundings are ideal for cycling and hiking. A bike path passes directly by the house, so you can start your tours from here. You will also find a dam in the area for swimming and boating.



Due to the proximity to the Czech border, a cross-border day trip can also be made from this vacation address.

Wir wollten in Ruhe Silvester verbringen. Das ist uns in diesem Häuschen zu 100 Prozent gelungen. Wir werden sicher noch ein weiteres Silvester soweit möglich dort verbringen. Ganz besonders schön war, das es angefangen hat zu schneien. Daraus wurden dann schöne und erholsame Spaziergänge mit unseren alten Hündin.

romantisches Häuschen am Wald

Wir hatten super Wetter, freundliche Vermieter, eine super Unterkunft und reichlich Sehenswertes in der schönen vogtländischen Landschaft.Empfehlenswerte kulinarische Köstlichkeiten gibt es inder Fleischerei Wetzstein in Werda, in der Bäckerei Heidenreich in Bergen und vor Allem in der Gaststätte zur Eiche in Auerbach.

Ruhiges Häuschen

Diese kleine Ferienhaus war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lediglich die Kälte und der daraus resultierende erhöhte Heizbedarf (den wir dann extra in Form des Strompreises zahlten) überraschten uns. Wir hätten uns eine näherungsweise Angabe des ungefähren Stromverbrauchs gewünscht, um es besser einschätzen zu können.

IDYLLE PUR

Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub in Falkenstein und hatten für die Tage ein volles Programm. Das war eigentlich schade, denn das ehemalige Bahnwärterhäuschen Waldidyll lädt zum Bleiben ein. Das Häuschen liegt weitab der Hektik am Waldrand. Schon von außen wirkt das Häuschen mit seinen Fensterläden und der kleinen Terasse vor der Haustür einladend. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt, sodass auch unsere kleine Jägerin ohne Leine draußen herumtollen konnte. Die Einrichtung des Häuschen ist gemütlich und es ist an alles gedacht. Wir waren im April hier und hatten im warsten Sinne des Wortes Aprilwetter. Die ersten beiden Abende konnten wir draußen auf der Terasse sitzen und die letzten Abende vorm gemütlich fackelnden Feuer des Ofens im Wohnzimmer. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe verliefen einfach und problemlos. Wir waren begeistert vom Waldidyll und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Allein am Waldrand

Das kleine Bahnwärterhaus am Radweg liegt idyllisch. Es ist liebenswert eingerichtet und hat alles , was man in den Ferien braucht. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann in der Umgebung viel anschauen, aber ebenso gut wandern oder im Stausee baden. Allen weiteren Bewohnern viel Freude.
