Wonderful week

Great week had by all. Fab space for 2 families due to the nature of the layout. Pool was a real treat everyday. Located close to Hautefort which was lovely. Drive to other towns/cities was a bit further away. Supermarket close by. A very relaxing week.

Literie en mauvaise état et inconfortable. Sommier qui tombe par 3 fois en morceaux. Visite du propriétaire suite a se signalement , sinon pas d acceuil autre qu un appel téléphonique le soir de notre arrivée. Aucune info concernant la maison , notamment la gestion des ordures ménagÚres. La météo nous a pas permis d utiliser la piscine . Globalement l endroit est trÚs bien la maison est jolie , mais certains équipements font défauts . Avec un rapport qualité prix qui n' est pas top nous avons malgré tous passés une bonne semaine en famille

Dans un environnement champĂȘtre et totalement au calme , le gĂźte a du charme, cependant plusieurs points nĂ©gatifs concernant les Ă©quipements. La literie a franchement plus que vĂ©cue ( trĂšs inconfortable, lames de sommier qui ne tiennent plus ) plusieurs prise Ă©lectrique ne fonctionnent pas. Gestion des ordures mĂ©nagĂšres, aucune explication, il faut deviner ou aller les vidĂ©s et avec une carte ( Il FAUT lE SAVOIR ) une petite fiche d informations serait la bien venue. RĂ©frigĂ©rateur bien trop petit par rapport Ă  la capacitĂ© du gĂźte.Serrure de porte a revoir qui bloque bien souvent. Aucun acceuil des propriĂ©taires Ă  notre arrivĂ©e , un seul coup de tĂ©lĂ©phone au soir point . Pour conclure nous Ă©tions neuf dans le gĂźte avons passĂ©s une bonne semaine en famille , mais le rapport qualitĂ© prix en cette saison automnale n' est pas bon Je doute que l on y revienne .

Schönes, sauberes, großes Haus, unten war es wegen der dicken DĂ€mpfer schön kĂŒhl. Allerdings wenig ErklĂ€rung vom EigentĂŒmer. Wir haben zweimal versprochen, vorbeizukommen, haben es aber nie gesehen und mussten selbst herausfinden, was wir mit dem Abfall machen sollen. Keine Reaktion auf E-Mail, nur telefonisch erreichbar. Wir haben das Haus gerade wegen des schönen Baumes gebucht, der viel Schatten spendet. Bei der Ankunft stellte sich heraus, dass es so stark beschnitten war, dass es keinen Schatten mehr gab, schade, dass es nirgendwo einen Sonnenschirm gab. Der Pool hatte eine gute GrĂ¶ĂŸe und war ordentlich sauber. Leider war das WLAN sehr langsam und funktionierte eigentlich nur im Wohnzimmer.

Het huis - vermoedelijk vroeger een boerderij geweest - is prima en rustig gelegen. Het uitzicht is werkelijk erg mooi! De accommodatie op zich is wel tamelijk verouderd, zoals in meerdere recensies werd aangegeven. We hadden niet echt het gevoel dat het huis grondig gepoetst was voor onze aankomst. Wasmachine was stuk, evenals het koffiezetapparaat. De afvoer van beide douches was tevens verstopt door haarballen. Er werd snel gereageerd door de eigenaar nadat we hier melding van maakten. Qua vriendelijkheid niks op aan te merken. Bovenverdieping was te warm om te slapen beneden wel koel genoeg. We hadden pech dat er in het aanpalende huis werken aan de gang waren, wat het rustgevoel wel wat temperde. Al bij al vonden we het toch een geslaagde vakantie. De kinderen hebben zich goed geamuseerd in het zwembad. Winkelen was makkelijk in de nabijgelegen supermarkt van Hautefort. Samengevat vonden we de prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding net iets aan de dure kant.

Het huisje voldeed volledig aan de beschrijving. De serene rust, de ruimte, de natuur en het uizicht. Het gevoel van een echte Franse boerderij met alle gemakken van dien. Een heerlijk zwembad met een mooi uitzicht over de Franse heuvels. Voor privacy, rust en toch genoeg te doen in de omgeving ben je hier aan het juiste adres. We zaten er met twee gezinnen met kleine kinderen en iedereen heeft zich enorm vermaakt.

Wij hebben met 7 personen die huisje gehuurd en het was zeer goed. Op zich is het wel oud maar alles was in orde en aanwezig. Het uitzicht en de omgeving zijn prachtig en het is er echt rustig. Wij zijn geweest van 8 tot 20 juli en hadden wat pech met het weer maar in de omgeving genoeg dorpjes en marktjes te bezoeken. Je vind ook de nodige info in het huisje waar en wanneer je ergens naartoe kan. De bakker of de winkel is wel eventjes rijden (zo'n 5 km langs een klein baantje) maar dat heeft zeker zijn charmes.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad in het vakantiehuis. Huis, zwembad en tuin zijn goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het huis ligt heel rustig, maar Hautefort is vlakbij en daar heb je restaurants en winkels. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en spreekt goed Engels. De omgeving is prachtig. Echt een aanrader! Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terug.
