The ground floor has a very bright and comfortable living room with TV, which has direct access to the terrace, garden and pool area; modern fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and microwave) and exit to the terrace. On the same floor there is a double bedroom en suite (with bathroom with shower), a guest bathroom and laundry area.
The upper floor consists of three bedrooms: two double bedrooms with a a shared bathroom and a bedroom en suite with a big terrace.

Dejadez....
El primer día tuvimos que hacer una lista de desperfectos y enviar con fotografías para evitar que nos cargasen los mismos a nosotros.
La piscina con agua verde por no hacer el mantenimiento que empeoró haciéndose impracticable para el baño, se evidenció con fotografías. Se pusieron a trabajar en ello y al menos quedó decente el último día para el siguiente inquilino .
Pagas casa con piscina y no la disfrutas. Ningún intento de compensación por parte del corredor local.
Como pagas por adelantado, si te toda a ti mala suerte.

Nos disculpamos por este inconveniente causado. Cuando nos avisó de la piscina (3 días después de la llegada), inmediatamente reaccionamos y enviamos a un técnico. Es cierto que durante este tiempo, mientras el agua mejoraba, no se podía nadar. No sabemos exactamente por qué la piscina se puso verde, pudo haber sido por el calor o por el filtro, estas cosas pueden pasar. Igualmente no es la explicación, por eso queremos disculparnos y ofrecerle un 10% de descuento en su próxima reserva.
Esperando darle la bienvenida nuevamente, lo saludamos atentamente.

Muy recomendable la ubicación.
Trato muy correcto de la agencia
Aspectos a mejorar: evitar que vengan a hacer limpieza piscina un jueves a las 9h sin avisar y para hacer reparaciones ( de hecho, no permitimos la entrada). Como las salidas se efectúan un viernes a las 10h y las entradas no son hasta las 16h, hay margen suficiente para coordinar estos detalles sin molestar a los inquilinos.

Muchas gracias, Mireia, por sus comentarios! Nos alegramos que os habéis pasado bien vuestras vacaciones y que os había gustado la casa. Lo sentimos por las molestias causadas, pero el mantenimiento de los jardines y piscinas son cosas imprescindibles que están indicadas en las condiciones de alquiler de casas. No se puede programar visitas siempre el mismo día y hora, porqué las empresas que llevan estos mantenimientos tienen su programación y siempre suelen pasar por la mañana.
Igualmente lo tenremos en cuenta.
