Bright studio apartment located on the 2nd floor of Block A of the Skol Building, in the heart of Marbella. This east-facing property is surrounded by all amenities the city has to offer, so the car is not necessary. The apartment is almost new, designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The east-facing apartment has been fully renovated and comprises: a large lounge/bedroom with a double bed, a large sofa, and access to the furnished terrace, ideal for summer breakfasts; separate fully-equipped fitted kitchen, with an electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, and washing machine; and tiled bathroom with shower cabinet.
š The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

šāāļø Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of ā¬3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.
