Lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex apartment on the 7th floor of Block A in the beachfront Skol Building, in the heart of Marbella. This bright east-facing apartment enjoys morning sun, and has wonderful views to the sea and the Puerto Deportivo, the Parque de la Constitución, and the mountains guarding Marbella’s back. The popular Skol Building lies 50m from the famous Puerto Deportivo, and is surrounded by fine-dining restaurants, bars, and shops.

Accommodation comprises: lift access; on the bottom floor, large living/dining room with full height windows allowing maximum light; doors to the lovely terrace; compact fitted kitchen with hob, microwave, washing machine, etc. bathroom with shower.

On the top floor, master bedroom with amazing views; second bedroom with twin beds; and separate bathroom with shower over bath.

🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

❄ Private A/C in the bedrooms and the living room.

🏊‍ Among the Skol’s facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.

nice location, near to bars and restaurants, lots of noise from reconstruction activities at the beach, so the beach in front of the appartement was not accessable

Hi Andrea, We are glad to hear you have enjoyed it. We are sorry that you have had to endure the noise from the construction work. It is part of Marbella's job to maintain the beaches and urban land and they have decided to do it now in the low season when there is less tourism. They also do not inform us in advance of when it is going to happen to prevent it, after all, they are the authority. Take care and best regards

Great location and well-functioning

We really enjoyed the stay and the flat was both greatly located in Marbella few meters from the beach and as a good base for trips in southern Andalucia. We would definitely consider going back. However, we would suggest to upgrade the content to accomodate four persons. We would suggest four chairs around the table, four drinking glasses and a larger frying pan.

Needs work!

The location is great ! The apartment is dated and there was a smell in the washrooms (sewage ?) The staircase is narrow and the air conditioning unit is in the way ,bumping your head from time to time ..

Perfect location, wonderful view

Had a great time. The View from the balcony stunning. But the appartment really need a update. In The meen time, could start with kitchen, pots and pans, coffemaker, cuttlery. Strange smell in upstairs bathroom and leaking showerdoor. If these thing were fixed I would gladly come but and pay more

You are right, the apartment needs a renovation, except for the bathrooms which are new, the rest are scheduled to be renovated next winter and the price will be more expensive. In any case, we have more than 50 apartments in Skol and many more in Marbella center that we will be happy to host you since you have been a wonderful client.
