On the ground floor we have 1 Bedroom with double bed + 2 Bedrooms with two single beds each on the 1st floor + 2 Bedrooms with two single beds each + garage level 1 Bedroom with double bed
Unique private swimming pool south facing, perfect for enjoying sunny days with family and friends.
Pool heating is available upon request for an additional €500 per week
The villa is situated just steps away from Supermarkets+ Restaurants & Bars+ The Beautiful Marina Everything is within walking distance, making your stay comfortable and convenient.

A beautifully presented villa, with plenty of space for the seven of us that stayed there.The marina and its selection of bars & restaurants is only 10mins walk, with the Old Town only 25mins walk.When we come to Albufeira again, I'll definitely be checking this villa first.

We were 8 friends who played some golf. Villa very spacious and had everything we needed. Pool area and communal eating areas just what we needed. Great for socialising.Easy to get an uber for 4 euros into the Old Town. 8 mins walk down to the Marina

Amazing family holiday

What an amazing villa. Every room was beautiful and kitchen had plenty pots pans etc. bedrooms have masses of space in each one Felt secure as gate is locked and fenced all round so anyone taking children you can relax Pool was fabulous but would recommend getting it heated if you have little ones. Hosts were great and very helpful when needed. Only downside was the building work going on around us but wasn’t as bad as we thought it would be. Close enough to marina with bars and restaurants but little walk to beach

Incredible villa for a big group

We had a fantastic time; the villa was perfect for our group; there were 6 adults and 6 children. The kitchen is well equipped, there’s lots of communal space, each bedroom has an ensuite and is air conditioned and the pool was a hit with the kids (a bit chilly but they didn’t mind!) There’s lots of development and building works happening on the road but it didn’t bother us at all, the children drowned out the noise! The villa is 10 min walk to the marina and 20/25 to Albufeira town/beach. Would highly recommend and hope to come back and stay again

Fabulous

Stunning villa. Photos do not do it justice. We were a party of 10 and the amount of space that this villa has to offer both inside and outside meant that we were never on top of each other. Each bedroom is en-suite and air conditioned with very comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The pool is magnificent, very large with a sun lounger for everyone. Short walk to the marina which offers a great selection of bars and restaurants. Thank you to Carlos who was very quick to respond to any of our requests. I highly recommend this villa if you want plenty of space, close to amenities and very peaceful location.

Fun with friends

Beautiful property with plenty of room for twelve. We had seven in our group. Pool was super warm and used it every day! Short walk to Marina with plenty of restaurants and stuff for kids. Bit of a longer walk to beach but very pleasant with a beautiful little church along the way. Small issues with the property like mattress sheets that don't fit and not enough supplies to see you through before your own trip to the supermarket. Some more plastic glasses for the pool would help. Current construction in the neighborhood may bother some but it was not an issue for us. We would go back in a second!!
