Nordic-style holiday home right in the heart of Sæby with just a stone's throw down to the harbor, where you have good opportunities to immerse yourself in the maritime atmosphere among yachts, shops and restaurants. The cottage is furnished with kitchen / living room in open connection provided with lovely windows that provide the best possible light and create a cozy atmosphere. There is a spacious bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. On the loft with full ceiling height there is a double bed and an extra bed in the living room. From the living room there is access to the fenced, charming terrace and a common area for play or ball games. With its unique location, the cottage is ideal for those who want relaxation, sun, beach and nature experiences during the holidays. Parking on the road outside the house. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
