Vacanza mare cristallino

Nella casa di Giuseppe ci siamo trovati benissimo. È comoda, spaziosa e pulita. Il figlio Rubens ci ha accolto molto gentilmente e si è reso disponibile a eventuali nostre richieste. La casa si trova in una posizione ottima per raggiungere la spiaggetta dei Cavalli a pochi metri di distanza e le spiagge più belle della costa ionica salentina

L'appartamento è bello, spazioso e situato molto vicino alla spiaggia. Non ho dato 5 stelle perché il letto non è molto comodo. Spero che il gestore - peraltro gentilissimo - non me ne voglia ed anzi prenda spunto per cambiare il materasso, poiché ci tornerei volentieri l'anno prossimo!! Comunque consigliatissimo anche per il rapporto qualità / prezzo.

Ho apprezzato molto che ci fosse anche la biancheria inclusa nel prezzo. Mancano piccole cose utili come un paio di forbici da cucina una paletta per raccogliere lo sporco o qualche straccio per pulire il pavimento, piccolezze rimediabili. La casa è bella il proprietario disponibile

Una tranquilla vacanza in famiglia

La casa è in posizione strategica e tranquilla. A due passi (letteralmente) dal mare e vicina a tutta le attività (poche ma essenziali) di Mancaversa. In casa c’è tutto quello che serve. Siamo stati davvero bene!

Comodità e relax

Abbiamo soggiornano nei due mesi centrali di Luglio nell’appartamento al piano interrato. Dalla descrizione nell’annuncio mi aspettavo un piano terra o primo piano di una villetta bifamiliare e invece si tratta di un appartamento al piano interrato di una casa con 5 appartamenti (credo), in ogni caso è risultato comodissimo e fresco. La cosa più bella era lo spazio esterno enorme e molto fresco. Noi abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori e il nostro cagnolino aveva tutto lo spazio per correre e giocare in piena sicurezza visto che era tutto chiuso con cancelletti. Anche la posizione è risultata perfetta, a due passi dal mare (ma proprio due passi) e vicino a negozi. La macchina l’abbiamo usata solo per andare a visitare le bellissime spiagge che si trovano a poca distanza. Consiglierei solo di rinnovare l’attrezzatura della cucina, per il resto tutto perfetto! Grazie!
