This place is so nice and relaxing the perfect spot to take your boat to the St. Johns River. I enjoyed it so much I booked it for another month.

Best place I’ve stayed in Astor!!

We normally stay at Castaways but from now on I will definitely stay here at Ricks place verses a crowded location. It was so quiet and having our own boat dock to leave boat in the water was very convenient. Place has very comfy beds and super clean! Loved the Tommy Bahama style furniture in the living room. The host were super nice!! We will definitely be back to this location!!

I love it here so much I just rented it again for the month of October. This will be my 5th consecutive month staying here. I just can't seem to leave the beauty of the St. Johns River.

Great get-a-way!

We enjoyed staying this waterfront home. It’s deck by the water was a great place to relax after a day at the Springs. Great location if you fish or just like nature! The home is nicely decorated. Fully functional kitchen. Has several great restaurants and a local ice cream shop close by. Even has a grocery store practically across the street from the neighborhood.

Awesome spot on St Johns River canal in a super friendly little town.

We stayed for 2 months at this location and had a fantastic time. Brought our bass boat and having it right at the dock was so perfect. The house has everything and anything you could possibly need. The town of Astor is very friendly, from the restaurants to the post office or the local salon!! Communication with the owner was outstanding. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to fish the local area or anyone just wanting a nice quiet vacation.

Great place and great host

This is our 2nd time staying and the place is great. The host Rick has thought of everything that you need. The location is right on a canal and easy access to Lake George and the St Johns River. We will be staying again!
