Located in the heart of Las Américas, halfway between Las Américas and Las Vistas beaches, where you can breathe a summer atmosphere all year round. Spacious, with 2 bedrooms, exquisite decoration and a pleasant balcony where you can disconnect and 300mb Wifi fibre optic internet. This property has all the ingredients for a unique holiday.
It is ideal for families and couples, as it can accommodate up to 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A nice living room, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, a nice balcony where you can have breakfast, parking space, internet wifi fiber and communal pool.
With an unbeatable location, in a quiet street, a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and the main points of interest of Las Americas.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with access to the balcony, fridge, microwave, fan, hairdryer, Wifi fibre optic Internet 300mb, sheets and shower towels, cot and highchair, television and parking space.
During your stay, you may hear occasional noise due to construction work in the vicinity.
Check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.
On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.

but one thing was a pity that you could not use the sun loungers at the pool.
an idea to put a cupboard with products that you can disinfect the sun loungers yourself if you want to sunbathe. or appoint a person in charge of the apartment for the sun loungers, possibly with a rotating role

This property is needing a good overhaul!
It’s tired and in need of decoration
It’s not on a quiet street as advertised but next to bar and restaurant so it does get very noisy
The bathroom extraction vents don’t work
The kitchen venting is faulty because when the apartment below cooks all the smells come into the apartment and it smells terrible this happens every day several times a day
The cups etc are old and tired
The bathroom shower drains struggle to cope and the floor floods easily
The towels are not fit for purpose! stains and look like rags very poor quality
Socket in bedroom didn’t work neither did the light
All in all very poor condition
