Porti Aphrodite 3 is part of the Porti Villas complex built on a private land of 4.000m2 and one of the seven new and modern villas which were built and designed in unison. Porti Aphrodite 1 and Porto Aphrodite 3 are the only two villas which offer full privacy on the complex.?

The site is perfect for a large family holiday or a group of friends. Located in the picturesque village Asomatos near the famous holiday resort area of Plakias and near many crystal clear south coast beaches.

The newly constructed 186m2 villa is spread throughout two floors and accommodates up to 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms. The villa is made from natural material like stone and wood of the region and the and tied in harmony with the environment.

The main entrance opens up to an open-plan area featuring the living room, kitchen and indoor dining area. The villa is designed to cover the needs of a luxurious stay and offers the necessary equipment, so that you dont lack anything. The living room features a large corner sofa, a 55 Smart HDTV with Netflix App and a coffee table. Next to the living room youll find the the modern fully equipped kitchen which with all necessary appliances for a self catered holiday. ?The ground level features a bedroom with a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower and washing machine, air conditioning, 43" TV, closet and direct access to the pool area. ?Finally there is a WC on the ground level.??

The first floor features three bedrooms:

Special attention was given to the delight of sleep, by investing in first quality linen of 100% Greek cotton by the company "NEF NEF"and anatomical mattresses of "COCOMAT" made of 100% natural materials. In the bathrooms you will find personal hygiene products, such as shampoo and shower gel, while in the bedrooms there are sheets, duvets, blankets, and bathrobes.

Outdoor area

The outdoor area of the villa is equipped to embrace ultimate relaxation. More specifically the outdoor facilities include:

- ? private 61m2 swimming pool (1,40m depth) with a shallower childrens section. The pool can be heated upon request with an additional daily charge (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.)

?The Villa is located in the traditional Cretan village of Asomatos and offer serenity and views of the nearby hills and mountains. Situated only 6.5 km from Plakias town which has become a renowned tourist resort now providing all the facilities that a visitor could wish. For those interested in self-catering, the supermarkets, bakeries and other shops offer a very wide range of products, including local and traditional goods. Plakias also offers a variety of restaurants, tavernas, cafes and bars. A top class villa in a stunning location

My family loved this villa and we had a lot of fun staying there for a week at the start if September - it was really well equipped, spacious, immaculately clean, a huge pool cleaned every day, comfortable beds, generous towels replaced mid stay, excellent showers, stunning location and lovely owners who couldn't do enough in recommending local places and sorting out the small things in the villa - even down to leaving us a new pack of playing cards. We were so impressed. Nothing was too much trouble. If the only teeny tiny niggles were the lack of a bread knife and somewhere to dry laundry, then that is pretty good! The views are stunning from every angle at all times of day - the photos don't do it justice. Open up those morning shutters from your bed and just look and look. We loved being away from the bustle of Plakias and having some peace and quiet but also being within a 15 minute drive of the town (a super place to go) , a lovely bakery, a vintage clothes shop which our teenagers loved, nearby snorkelling beaches, great restaurants, a monastery, a gorge walk and more. We've stayed in a lot of places and this rates highly on my "we must go back there" list.

Weekje weg met vrienden

Prachtige en zeer nette vakantiewoning met privézwembad. Aangenaam ontvangst door de verhuurder die je naast een rondleiding in de woning ook nog tips mee geeft aangaande winkels, restaurant en dingen die de moeite waard zijn om te doen. Halverwege ons verblijf werden lakens en handdoeken vervangen en de woning gepoetst. In de nabijheid van de woning twee eetgelegenheden die te voet bereikbaar zijn. Wil je genieten van een ontspannen verlof is dit echt een aanrader. 8 vrienden uit de Belgische kempen

Everything was perfect. We were a family of 7 staying here and it was exactly what we needed. All staff that we encountered were so helpful and kind. Beds very comfy and whole house and outdoor area very clean. Only 10 mins to plasmas which is full of lovely beaches and amazing food. Would highly recommend.
