A beautiful 5 bedroom holiday villa with plenty of natural interior light and a large garden with lots of pine trees that provide shade for pleasant afternoon rests.

This villa is located inside the Aroeira Sea & Golf Resort in a natural reserve just 25km from the center of Lisbon and next to fantastic white-sand beaches.

Aroeira Sea & Golf Resort is the largest golf resort in the Lisbon region, with 350 hectares, thousands of pine trees and 13 lakes,

Aroeira has 2 championship golf courses with full 18 holes, a golf school, a cozy club house with restaurant, snack bar, bar and golf shop, tennis and paddle courts, playground.

The resort is fully enclosed with concierge and even though in a very relaxed peaceful area, it has permanent 24 hour security.

Womderful visit

Our first stay in Portugal was wonderful. The house is lovely with lots of space for everyone and a great outdoor area. A very quiet and relaxing area. Luis communication was great and a very welcoming host. We would definitely return. Thank you!

Perfect Villa

What can I say but perfect . Luis was really flexible in helping us checking in and explaining everything . Villa -‘outstanding , we were a family of adults and there was enough towels , hot water , sun beds , dining seats . For us the pool was amazing , temperature always between 27 & 28 just right . Location was great , a 5 minute drive to a great beach and 30 minutes from Lisbon ( tip tip go by ferry ! ) We will be back !

Excellent Aroeira experience.

From reservation to arrival the property manager, Luis, was always available and an excellent support. The property was what we expected and more. Spacious interior and lovely outdoors area and pool. Of course you need a car but within minutes restaurants and markets are available. We could spend days at the beach, "Fonte da Telha" but had Lisbon's many landmarks to visit. Do not miss however the beautiful sunsets and fisherman activity at night. Great experience overall. Thank you Luis

5 bedroom villa

We all had a lovely relaxing time at the villa. Tastefully and well laid out; the villa was extremely comfortable. The pool and table tennis were well used, as was the BBQ. Aldis was conveniently a five minute drive. The extensive stretch of beach was only a 5 to 15 minute drive depending on which part you wish to visit and some members of the family enjoyed the opportunity to surf and also try kite surfing, Luis was charming and very attentive if we had any questions. He offered plenty of excellent advice in respect to accessing local attractions/activities. Lisbon was an easy Uber ride away.

Family Holiday in Portugal

A wonderful family Holiday. The Villa was outstanding. Luis Dias (property supervisor) was extremely helpful and very professional. Luis is very knowledgeable about Lisbon and the area. He was extremely helpful with recommending places to visit in Lisbon and restaurants in the area. The Villa comfortably provided enough space to have family dinners in the well stocked kitchen and relaxation for 9 of our family members after a busy site seeing day, especially the swimming pool was so refreshing on extremely hot days. Our family of 6 adults, 2 adolescents and one child truly enjoyed our 7-day experience. Working with Luis was comfortable and easy, everything from initial planning as well as our frequent contact with him during our stay. Luis is very personable, friendly and responds quickly to any request. We totally enjoyed our time at the Villa and look forward to a return in the future. We highly recommend this location and working with Luis Dias when visiting Portugal.

Alles bij elkaar was fantastisch! Hoewel het huis her en der wat extra aandacht kan gebruiken was de locatie helemaal top en hebben een heeerlijke fmvakantie gehad. Lof voor de gastheer luis en kan dit zeker aanraden maar verwacht geen 5 sterren kwaliteit van het huis. 👍👍👍

This is a truly lovely villa - roomy and very thoughtfully equipped. Lots of light and a gorgeous setting. You are reliant upon a car, and the closest cafe is circa 20 minutes walk away so something to bear in mind.

Très belle maison où on se sent bien

La maison est spacieuse et chaleureuse. Très bien équipée et entretenue: pendant notre séjour de 3 semaines, le ménage, l'entretien du jardin et de la piscine ont été fait régulièrement. Située dans une zone privilégiée avec vigiles, très calme au milieu des arbres et d'un golf. Près de la plage et à 20mn de Lisbonne, le bon équilibre! Un grand merci à Luis pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et reposant.

Belle résidence dans zone privilégiée

Une zone calme et résidentielle (superbes villas) proche de la côte de chaparica. Une maison très bien équipée, moderne, calme et spacieuse. La taille de la piscine pouvait sembler petite, mais à l’usage pas de soucis. Un accompagnement de Luis et de ses équipes au top: laissez vous conseiller les plages et les restaurants par Luis, vous ne serez pas déçus. Nous étions 7 adultes et 4 enfants et, louons des villas depuis 10 ans: cette villa présente un très bon rapport qualité prix et un service et accompagnement parfait. Merci Luis.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, la maison est beaucoup plus belle en vrai que sur photo. Elle est très bien situé au calme. We shared the villa with 2 other families. The villa was beautiful, well-equipped and very clean. It was a great base to explore Lisbon and Sintra and the local coastline. The villa manager Luis was incredibly helpful during our stay, giving excellent recommendations for beaches and restaurants. The table tennis table in the garage and the other sports equipment were well used by the children and we all made good use of the local restaurant. I would definitely recommend this villa for larger groups.
