Lovely charming villa, overlooking the golf course and lake inside the Aroeira Sea & Golf Resort.

Aroeira Sea & Golf resort, is located in a natural reserve, 25km from the centre of Lisbon and just 600 metres from the beach.

Just back from a fabulous holiday, the villa itself is beautiful, very homely and loads of space. Checking in was super easy and our host Luis went above and beyond with recommendations of places to visit and eat out we will definitely be returning.

A perfect stay

The villa is very beautiful and right in the golf course. Very beautiful garden with swimming pool. A perfect area to relax. Beach is super close, only 5 minutes by car. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

The villa was clean and very well equipped, although had to keep a very close eye on the 2 yr old to ensure he didn’t touch items belonging to the owners. Pool was cleaned regularly which was brilliant as it was quite windy during our stay.The golfers in the party especially enjoyed the proximity to the golf courses and we all took advantage of the clubhouse!Personally we would have liked a few more pillows and brackets for the shower heads, but minor details! All in all we had a brilliant time, thank you.

The house is great for children, it has nooks and décor details that usually appeal to children and adults. We appreciate the comment and we will try to simplify it by removing some decorative elements.

Lovely stay and the villa is in a fantastic location over looking the golf course. The outside space is fantastic, amazing for BBQs! The pool was perfect for the kids to enjoy especially as the shallow end allowed our 3 year old to stand up comfortably. There isn’t a gate/fence around the front/side of the property which meant the kids could have wondered out but it wasn’t a problem for us. Inside had a very well equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Bedrooms were good and the AC was great although the showers in 2 of the bathrooms could be improved. The railings on the mezzanine do have large gaps in them which isn’t great for small children although the host provided a stair gate to stop them going up there. All in all a lovely stay in a great location.

Ideal location

We had a perfect stay at this traditional Portuguese property. The pool and gardens were beautiful, peaceful and relaxing with great views over the golf course whilst still remaining private. The home was comfortable, although it had a somewhat cluttered decor. There were a few minor issues initially but they were promptly addressed by Luis, the property manager. He was very obliging and nothing was too much trouble. A very nice, helpful man and easy to communicate with.

High-quality stay

This home is wonderful by its volume and the peaceful place where it is. It is really nice to leave in, as well as to enjoy golf and tennis in the resort. The proximity of the golf course adds value. Relationship with the manager of the villa is esay and fluid. We have been very well welcomed.
