Spring break

Property clean and roomy with off road parking. It is quite close to the town centre and easily within walking distance. Plenty of food outlets close by and close to main roads connecting other towns. Very quiet and restful location

Belper

Belper is a great location and we will return but most likely to another property in the town. Chevin View met our expectations overall. Brilliant location within walking distance of shops, cafes etc. Children loved the Duplo and the garden. Absolutely agree with the low ceilings warning posted by the owners (!!) - heads did connect a few times until the taller people in the family remembered to 'duck'. A word of warning though some of the beams still have nails in them. The sitting room carpet had not been cleaned well and needed to be vacuumed thoroughly - full of dog hairs - presumably from previous renters (?). Didn't take too long to sort it out. The alarm in the house went off unexpectedly one evening - throughout the whole house, but it sorted itself out - without our intervention - thankfully :-)
