This lovely purpose built Art Deco holiday apartment is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Well situated to explore the sights and local attractions of Skegness - it's the perfect location for a family holiday or 'grown-up' break by the stunning seaside. It’s in a very quiet, clean, non-smoking, secure building (not suitable for party people) in an excellent location.

Skegness central beach is less than 5 mins walk and there are plenty of visitor attractions nearby. There's a lovely Deco bar across the road with plenty of outside seating and free entertainment, plus restaurants, a good choice of take-away's and an ASDA supermarket all within a minute walk.

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers heating a television and internet access.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5 with a double bunk-bed with single on top.

The bathroom is fully equipped with bath, shower and linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am (changes to these times may be available on request)
- Smoking is not allowed, but OK in the garden.
- There are private on-site parking facilities available at the property although you won't have much need for a car.
- If travelling by train, its about a 10 minute walk from Skegness station.
- Garden furniture is available at the rear of the property but must be returned after use.
- Pets are allowed at the property. Permission is requested.
