Always follow what your told

Our full agreed numbers of 6 did not turn up so unfortunately only 3 arrived. They stated the accomodation and area was nice, although sadly for them failed to read the instructions you gave in regard to how to turn on the hot water and gas fire.. Very rainy and cool weekend and if they had taken note of instruction I am sure they would have been warm too.

Hi Louise, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The property you stayed in is rated Emerald, which is an older lower grade property. They are great value for money, and hugely popular with families, however due to their age they do have signs of wear and tear and historical maintenance . However, they should be 100% clean and ready for your arrival so I am very sorry if this was not the case for stay. It was offered they returned to look into the issues for you but this was declined by yourself unfortunately. We do hope you still had a great stay and hope we could welcome you back onto an alternative as we do have over 600 properties. Kindest regards, The 2cHolidays Team.

Dangerous heating

Everything perfect except we had no hot water and heating as when we lit the boiler black smoke came from it. We had to shower in our friends van No answer or returned call to my answering machine message
