Old, dirty and worn out

The place is unclear, old and worn out. Living room window didn't open, handle ready to fall off. Had to buy our own sheets as their's were old and worn and has hairs on them. Hob didn't work. Emailed owner about it but didn't get a reply. No cooking utensils. Beds and sofa really uncomfortable. Sofa not big enough for 4 adults! Photos on website a complete misrepresentation of what you actually get. Kept being told by owner not to have parties even though I has previously told her we weren't visiting Blackpool to attend a funeral. The website and the ownt didn't tell us that there was no parking at the flat. This was my first and last time using VRBO
