5 Bedroom, 5 Bathroom holiday villa with a Private Swimming Pool, Sea and Mountain views, Timed air conditioning in bedrooms and Wi-Fi. Sleeps a maximum of 10 people
The charming “Villa Llenaire Nine” is a roomy, 2-storey villa in one of the best locations in Puerto Pollensa, only about 750 metres from a gorgeous beach and the famous seafront promenade.
On the first floor are 3 generous en-suite bedrooms each with an access to a private or shared terrace. One terrace leads via a steep and open metal spiral staircase ( out of bounds to children unless accompanied by an adult ) to the Crows Nest, a newly furnished, second floor shaded terrace with fantastic views over the Bay of Pollença, Tramuntana and Alcudia Mountains - great for taking in the spectacular sunsets. On the ground floor is a large family suite, with terrace access to the garden, comprising a seating area, 2 private bedrooms, an en-suite with bath and shower and a family bathroom with shower. The well equipped ground floor kitchen / breakfast room and sitting room both access a covered dining terrace with seating for 10, and views over the garden and pool .
Llenaire Nine is dedicated to outdoor living. In addition to the three outdoor terraces on the first and second floors, the private pool and children’s artificial grass sports area , there are 6 other ground floor outdoor living /seating areas/ sunbathing areas:
- the covered dining terrace ,
- the covered garden terrace,
- the pool decking area with natural afternoon shade from Washingtonian Palm Trees
- artificial lawn chill area with day bed set below a sun shade sail or sun umbrella
- Gazebo - including stone drinking table and charcoal BBQ grill
- Tiled Pool sunbathing areas.
- 250Mb Broadband and 65" Smart TV (global TV channels)
- Children sports / football area
- New hotel-style sun beds (not featured in the photos)
- At the time of booking please make your needs in relation to baby / children equipment (cots, high chair, pool safety fenc, etc - see below for booking and cost detail) known to the booking agent
So whether you want to chill by yourself with your favourite music/book or be with the family group and whether you are sun lover or shade seeker, Llenaire Nine has very generous outdoor living space to meet all the groups needs and ensure you have a fantastic laid back holiday.
Llenaire is one of the top locations in the North of Mallorca . The villa is located in an exclusive and tranquil residential area , just a couple of hundred metres from the Mediterranean and an easy stroll (750m) to the golden beaches of the Bay of Pollenca. Outside dining restaurants, destination beach bars , beach sports facilities , shops are an average of 7 -20 minutes away involving a stroll next to the sea along Pollenca’s elegant tree lined ( and illuminated at night ) promenade. A car is not a daily requirement . Everything is so accessible that everyone in the family group has the freedom and flexibility to do as they please without relying on taxis or others for lifts . Some individuals can chill at the beach , while other can shop the boutiques , relax by the pool , with the kids enjoying goal scoring on the artificial grass, a wonderful practical area for children’s sports. The location allows all guests to swim or paddle board in Med in the morning, chill by the pool in the afternoon and drink/dine/party in neighbourhood or at the resorts chic international yacht marina in the evening and all without a car or taxi.
Please be aware:
- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking
- In accordance with environmental concerns and recommendations the AC will be available in the bedrooms from 18:00 PM to 20:00 PM and from 22:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- To increase security, the villa has two external, actively recording smart cameras which record video and audio. The cameras overlook the front street entrance gate and the side street entrance gate.
- To maintain guest and neighbour comfort, an electronic device measures/reports; internal temperature, humidity, accoustic noise levels, cigarette smoke and smoke/C02 alarm sirens. The device does not record conversations.
- A grey weather proof cover is provided for sofas on the top sunset terrace . If guests remove the cover to use the sofas , it must be re fitted before rain. Similarly before check out , the covers must be refitted by the leaving guests so the next arriving guests start their holiday with dry sofas and the covers on . Failure to so involves a minimum 50 EUR deduction ( or more if damage arises ) from the security deposit.
- If a child pool safety fence is required , it must be ordered at the time of booking . The cost of €250 / booking must then be paid locally on arrival at the villa.
- Check in / checks out times: To preserve the essential Saturday 10hr -16hr cleaning and maintenance window , unauthorised late check-outs and unauthorised early check-ins will involve an automatic minimum charge of 100 EUR deducted from the security deposit. If an early check-in or a late check out time is essential, please contact us at least 14 days prior to arrival to see whether the request can be accommodated.
- Winter bookings: For November to March bookings an energy / heating surcharge shall be added to the normal letting price, based on measured consumption of electricity and oil.
- The lush garden sometimes requires 2-4 hour special maintenance visits ( watering, spraying ,cutting). If this work cannot be performed on a Saturday, at the start of your stay you will be notified about the timing so, if appropriate , you have the opportunity to adjust your plans for that day.
- Smoking is prohibited
- The property benefits from super fast fibre broadband and a smart TV with access to global TV channels
- Baby/ Small children equipment: arrangements are in place to allow guests to order high chairs ( from €3 / night ) and cots ( from €4/ night ) directly from a trusted third party supplier (Multi hire) whereby the equipment ordered will be delivered and collected from the Villa at the start and end of your holiday
- Bathrooms are well proportioned and since 2008 have been decorated in traditional Spanish style (vibrantly coloured small ceramic tiles as opposed to being minimalist modern and neutral). The kitchen is practical, well equipped but with an emphasis on function as opposed to any modern sleek styling.
- Restricted pool use. To allow routine pool maintenance /chemical water treatment, two days a week (or possibly three days in periods of very high temperature) the swimming pool cannot be used between 7am and 9 am.
- SES prevention of terrorism disclosure rules. By law we are unable to grant you access to the villa unless prior to arrival and at the request of the property manager, your group leader provides personal passport information for each member of your party (including children)
- Central Heating System and cold weather. On arrival in unseasonably cold weather, please enquire with the property manager as to the arrangements for use of the central heating system. This not assured but timed use ( max 8 hours per day ) may be possible.
- For stays of 4 nights or less an additional laundry / cleaning charge of €300 is payable locally on arrival at the villa
