Olor horroroso todo el piso y los muebles. Muchísima humedad con un humidificador funcionando todo el día y vaciando hasta 5 veces el depósito de agua. Se oye todo con los vecinos, paredes de papel y ojo la rejilla del baño. No hay mosquiteras ni ventilador con lo que cuando hace calor....Piso muy antiguo, eso sí, espacioso y a 5 minutos de la playa andando. Aparcas delante de la puerta. Revisar luces, faltaban 5 bombillas al menos

Perfecta para alojarte en Isla playa sin estar en medio del jaleo. Rodeada de huertos y árboles, y a un paso de la playa. La vecina es una señora mayor muy agradable y simpática.
Como negativo que la casa estaba fresca y húmeda (típico de Cantabria) al principio, se echó en falta algún radiador o calefactor para caldearla si bien para dormir con las mantas se estaba muy bien. Al tercer día ya se estuvo genial.

la ubicación, la amplitud, la tranquilidad, y la limpieza,
Los vecinos muy agradables
Hay que mejorar la desagradable sensación de olor a humedad en toda la casa, dentro de los armarios, las ropas, los utensilios de cocina,
Hay que ventilar la casa y asegurarse de que todo el interior esté bien seco.

Buena ubicación. Planta baja. Limpio y bien los colchones. Los vecinos inmejorable.
El olor a cerrado y olor de los armarios. No estaría mal una reformas del baño.
