Great view of Gulf! Beach Pool Sunsets and newly renovated lower level post IAN

Barry & Gretchen Schmidt and Steve & Stephanie Bloemer purchased this wonderful property in June of 2011. We had planned a family vacation in the summer of 2011 but we decided to buy this fantastic location so we can come back, often. Since 2013, we completed a major renovation of the house by replacing the Roof, Windows/Doors, A/C Units, installed a Stucco finish and painted the exterior, upgraded two bathrooms, painted the entire interior, updated all electrical outlets/switches, refinished the inside of the swimming pool, installed a new Panoramic Lanai, enlarged, refinished and painted the pool decking. POST-IAN: Hurricane Ian was destructive and completely destroyed the ground floor area of our beautiful home. We have diligently cleaned up the mess, allowed everything to properly and adequately dry; we sanitized all walls, framing studs, ceiling and floors. The ground floor has been completely restored and inspected by Bonita Springs building department . Our ground floor is all new - framing, drywall, interior doors, trim, two bathrooms, bedrooms, living area, Air Conditioning unit and of course, it's freshly painted with new furnishings. We are looking forward to renting our house once again and invite you to come and spend a long weekend or a wonderful week or perhaps, even longer than that, if you like.

Our property offers seclusion and privacy from tourists as our house is located in a residential community. The privacy of your own large heated pool and sundeck are priceless, as well as, the opportunity to sit on the boat dock and fish or just watch mother nature in action.

Our 5 bedroom, 4 bath home, with 2 living room areas, a pull out sleeper sofa, 2 inflatable EZ twin beds, (sleeps up to 14 people), 2 laundry areas, 2 refrigerators, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, upper deck and private pool with ample sunning area offers sufficient room for families and friends to gather, while also offering spaces for some private, quiet time.
